OK so i have a AMD FX-6300 6-Core Processor Black Edition And a EVGA GeForce GTX 660 SC 3GB GDDR5 And i only have money to upgrade one of them. is my performance going to be affected too much if i change only my graphics card? im thinking of buying a GTX 970 or a RX480.

Hi, my current build is this: GPU: GTX 660 FTW 3GB GDDR5 CPU: AMD FX-6300 Six Core 3.50 GHz MOBO: GiGABYTE 78LMT-USB3 PSU: EVGA Supernova NEX750 watt Power supply I'm upgrading my monitor to 1440 x 900 to 2560 x 1080 and i'm going to run into problems when running games like BO 3 or something like that. What GPU would you recommend for 280$? Or would you recommend a CPU upgrade.
