  1. Okay so I bought these Ikea pieces a while back, They are great and go so well together; I have tried different setups but Im just so picky that I am never satisfied unfortunately lol, I feel im only repeating my ideas in terms of how to put the desk and where to put the pc, and that kind of stuff, I would be so happy If y'all could give me some ideas, this is the room and equipment I have to work with, I will try out each idea and take a picture, I will gladly appriciate it!!! Keep in mind I can fully customize the desk legs and cabinets, anything helps! those things on the bottom left corner are speaker stands I made btw those are optional, if they look good il put them, if yall dont like them I can try without them
  2. I never added any thermal compound, when the stock cpu cooler was removed I cleaned off the thermal compound since the H100i came with some already. Later months I removed the 100i cause I was dusting everything and I stiwched PC cases, I placed the cooler block back with the same compound on it, was that a mistake? Im sorry I actually am new to building, not much experience The heatsink fell off on accident one time, I tried re applying it to the ram stick but it wont stick, I put some electrical tape on the outside, just a small bit to hold the heatsink tight, but its still just hanging there
  3. It's not, but the inisde of my pc feels room temp.
  4. I recently, a few days ago dusted it out. I did forget to mention, I have two ram sticks, black corsair vengance, both are fine, but one of them, I accidentally took off the black piece; heatsink idk what its called. I tried to put it on permanently but i cant so its kinda just hanging there. I have changed the same 100i out twice, I have never applied thermal compound since it comes with some already! and what do you mean by bit-decay? whats that?
  5. Hello to all! Before anything, these are my PC specs! AMD FX 4100 @3.8Ghz 8GB Corsair V RAM 128GB Samsung ssd 1TB WD Nvidia Geforce GTX760 MSI G46-970A Motherboard H100i Cooler I've had this build for quite a while now, two years and a couple of months to be exact. I never had any problems with this computer, well taken care of physically and internally. Viruses rarely almost never an issue, there WAS a thunderstorm one time and it did shut down all my electronics but this problem has happened before that. My computer runs smooth, fast, performance is great, ive had Windows 7 8,8.1, and now 10 and its been great! The problem I am having with this pc is that It will randomly sort of lag, then freeze completely. It does this once or twice a day while the computer has been on for long hours. It started off as something rare, now its daily; any thoughts on what the problem is? I feel switching the motherboard and cpu should fix it but im no expert Thank you so much for reading!
  6. been this warm/hot for about 6 hours now and havent noticed a difference in my gaming and computing speed and performance one bit. it runs the same
  7. Yeah I don't mind warm temps, I just never had this situation before and wouldnt want my pc catching on fire or anything! lol
  8. the cup temp is 42*c, the front side of the case is pretty average, its closer to cold than warm, so are the sides, its only the top where the radiator is at. yet the radiator it self isnt even that hot.
  9. So Ive always had my computer under my desk for two years now, it runs fine, it runs cold with its h105 corsair cooler. I decided to upgrade my ikea desk so I added an ALEX Cabinet and my pc fits perfectly fine. Now that its in there, It seems to be getting VERY HOT just from the top of the case where the radiator is at, is this a problem? or is it normal? Its not melting hot, but its hot and its releasing hot air around that area.
  10. I had my pair of Razer Kraken Pros for about 2 years now and the cable finally quit working. I had a great experience with the headsets, it was good sound in my opinion. I want to move on to a better headset; I have been watching videos on how gaming headsets suck and how you can buy non gaming headsets for a much better quality and cheaper price. Is there any Sennheiser headsets better than the krakens but at almost the same price? I was looking into these but im not sure if they are better or not, my budget is $65 http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-HD-439-Headphones-Black/dp/B005N8W1TM/ref=sr_1_21?s=aht&ie=UTF8&qid=1432173824&sr=1-21&keywords=sennheiser+headphones Thanks!

  12. i've had my asus 24 inch monitor for a year now, it's been great to me; recently i got a 55 inch lg tv and tried it out as a monitor, after i fixed the picture settings, it looks absolutely gorgeous! everything is so clear (1080p), I just want to know from y'all if its healthy or a good idea to use it as my primary monitor. I am a graphic designer (Photoshop daily) and also enjoy hours on netflix and etc. Should I stick with the 55 inch as a primary monitor? or should I keep both and use the 24 inch as the primary and the 55 inch as the secondary? LG 55 inch http://amzn.com/B00KVLT08G 24 inch asus monitor http://amzn.com/B0058UUR6E
  13. It's great, too much for me though lol. I think im going to stick with AMD thou bro. Let me make a different list, maybe I can get something pretty good.
  14. It's a great build, I see why it's good. The problem is; I wanted to get a new case AeroCool MicroATX Case ( http://amzn.com/B00G3TVEH0 ) That's why I chose a microATX mobo, it would fit me more, I don't need an ATX mobo cause I will never use the extra pci slots, just the Videocard one and for the soundcard.
