    I'm currently on a 2500k. If Haswell is a big enough performance increase over Ivy and my CPU is starting to show some age, I guess I'll upgrade.

    I'd look at the Phanteks ph-tc 14pe actually. £59.96, much better looks, IMO, and still amazing cooling results.

    Running at 4.2GHz, I could go a lot higher on my cooler, Phanteks ph-tc14 pe_BL, but I don't want to have to bump up the volts.

    Good ITX motherboards tend to be much more expensive than mATX and ATX counterparts. And as Leggo said, there really aren't very many that would suit his needs.
