  1. I have a 40 GB Maxtor HDD, because I didn't had a chance to upgrade my main components yet so my motherboard is only supporting IDE drives. For the fact being I still manage to watch about 2-3 movies a day, play (old) games and listen to music. )
  2. Just absolutely awesome. I consider HTC the best smartphone company, and Linus the most fitted tech person to deserve a chance to be this awesome!
  3. This is my favourite one http://www.techpin.com/wp-content/your-computer-case-to-have-a-blue-serious-face-expression.jpg
  4. There are 2 videos you missed! I am more excited about the M5 Sniper!
  5. This video shows the process of taking off the IHS on a 3570K and the temperature difference!
  6. I'm sorry for the typing mistake and thank you for noticing me. It's a known fact that CPU-s with non-soldered IHS get hotter. It will be much appreciated that Intel solder on the IHS because that results in lower and even temperatures on the cores. They don't do it because it cost's more, and yes if the IHS it's removed the warranty is thrown away but overclocking freaks like me would do anything to get bigger overclocks on their CPU's.
  7. We all know that Ivy-Bridge had a non-soldered IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader) that resulted in hot and uneven core temperatures! Even if we could had remove the IHS and replace the birdpoop TIM (Thermal Intreface Material) that Intel used and get significantly lower temperatures, there's no better contact between a die of a cpu and its IHS then when it's soldered. I hope that Haswell will have a soldered IHS! Please leave you're thoght's below and have a nice day!
  8. For at least now I would suggest to go the AMD way, but having nVidia release the 700 series of cards I would still wait a few weeks and buy the GTX 770 (no point in 780) just because has the same cooling and looking as the Titan and with honestly 4 GB of VRAM is more than enough for a single monitor at any resolution. But thats my opinion so, I wish you choose what fits you the best!
  9. One of my classmates has a pair of those overpriced beats and he is so proud of himself owning those, everyone in my class has so much despite on him just couse they think those are the best headphone in the world. They are so blind. My SGH8000 from Philips have the same bass and sound for music, but in every other aspect they dominate the beats!
  10. The 2500k has a soldered IHS (Internal Heat Spreader) so, out of the box it has more ocerclocking headroom than the 3570k that has a non soldered IHS. I did some research because I was curious about the heat difference between Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge and I found a sort of solution for the heat output of the Ivy Bridge chip! So ,if you're willing to have the best performance and you don't care about warranty then this is the way!
  11. So basically this is how I understand these two brands for internal HDD's: -Western Digital offers better flexibility for the customers because they have four series of drives (red, green, blue and black) which you can choose from after you're prefference. -Seagate, for the same price offers the same amount of storage space as the green from WD at speeds of the blue, even the black series from WD. WD is known for it's reliability but Seagate is a company from Germany so it's quality is outstanding as well.
  12. BitFenix Shinobi, Corsair Carbide 200R and Fractal Design Define R4 if you stretch you're budget a little are the most practical "bang for the buck" cases out there!
  13. Awesome little project! I love the obscure contrast between the red and white.
