before anyone comments on it, yes i realize I have an RM850w in here, not a RM1000w according to my list.  I was troubleshooting the computer a day or two before the picture and took my RM1000w out to eliminate it as a source (since i knew the RM850w did work properly).  I will upload a new updated picture with the RM1000w when i get a chance.
