You could've just booted a copy of windows 10 from a usb and getting a product key from microsoft or G2A

Same as you do on a dvd internal drive, just follow the instruction,installing windows it's quite easy and requires a few mouse clicks

If you have a friend with a DVD drive, create an ISO from the DVD. You can also download the ISO creator from microsoft which will create an installer on a USB drive, I may be mistaken but Im quite sure you have a friend who would download this for you and install it on your USB. Then use the key that came with your disk during the install. The link for the media creation tool is below.

Get cloning software on another pc, then clone the CD to a USB drive, then boot off that

If your questions is centered on the installation of Win 10 - It is mostly the same as the lower versions. It's been a few weeks since install, but if memory serves you'll need a Microsoft Account (if you don't already have one) - and a SMS capable phone for a verification code.  

BTW you'll need to boot from the external DVD writer.
