Pretty much anything these days are compatible.

That will work although i would through it into pcpartpicker and see what the estimate wattage is, add about 200-300 if you're overclocking and see if the psu still has enough wattage. The more watts the more juice for the overclock!

Yes .But if you are going to play games I recommend getting a Nvidia gtx 960 video card :)
