I love going to Torchy's Tacos a lot and one of my favorite tacos to get there is the Fried Avocado recipe. Since many of you don't live in Texas you guys don't know how amazing it is. However this recipe is pretty damn accurate to the original, try it for yourself :D.

That looks like a Chinese pancake roll >_>

Instead of Aromatic duck you got Fried chicken

No julian style spring onions or sliced cucumber, instead with cheese, tomato, red onions etc.

 

Can you put mayonnaise on it? Great substitute for hoi-sin sauce :D

it's fried avocado.

Also it's amazing, the sauce which is basically a ranch with poblano is probably way better than mayo.
