Guess what came in the mail today.

Oh yea, the case!

Corsair Graphite Series 780T

Full review by Linus:

Opening up the box, first I see manuals and styrofoam on the front and back side of the case, and the actual case in a black cloth bag.

Holy dang this thing is huge :D Moving from an midtower to a full tower is quite a step :D

Looks super awesome!

While eyeballing the case inside and out I noticed some things that I wanted to mention.

Hard Drive cages

A bit shocked here.

Top three drive cages were crammed on the bottom of third slot from the top? :D

Good thing that they're flexible plastic but man, these feel secure on the slots too so why was my cages pushed inside of eachother? :o

Mad workers at Corsair? Its a mystery for me at least.

Screws

The cardboard box where the screws were supposed to be was empty.

<Insert mini heart-attack>

Luckily the screws and some zipties were on the bottom of the case.

Nothing major here, but of course, I expect the screws to be on the box where they should be.

Top filter

On the top filter there was a minor defect, there was some of the plastic-like net string poking out. Luckily it didnt have any holes in the filter net.

But anyway, I really like this case!

It really comes to life when I can plug in the red LEDs on the front, now its just black. Plain black. Like death-black.

My motherboard, and my new monitor are on their way, and I'm picking up some more fans and my GPU on Friday, so then the BEAST will rise!

Building my new PC on this weekend, and doing a blog entry, and a forum entry on it on Saturday!(And I'll have proper camera for it! :D)

Check out my earlier entries, and prepare yourself for the weekend! CYA on the Build Logs!

Good Choice Sir and I wish you a Happy new year stuffed with lots of PC enjoyment.

The black version looks brilliant. On my last ATX build I chose a Carbide 500R over the Graphite and cursed myself for ages. I decided to move away from the ATX builds and now currently have a Matx pc which was a pain in the balls to assemble as i have big ass hands. I am considering getting a Graphite for my next build.
