Would like to see your build but your link does not work.

Make sure that you downloaded the drivers for your video card. Happened when I built mine. Loaded up the Witcher 2 and my face sank when it set the graphics to very low. Just go to your card's manufacturer's page and download it from there. If you have an optical drive, then your video card should have come with a disc that'll have the drivers on it.

First see if your game or pc recognize the grapic card if it does You'll need to get into the game graphic card software and optimize the game..... that solve your issue

I always find it best not to ever use the drivers that come with the GPU. 99% of the time that disc with the driver on it was burned a year ago. I install operating system and go straight to Nvidea or Radeon and find the driver there whilst the drivers arent installed and its outputting at 800x600 or something lol

404 page not found then a bash commandline prompt is aviable to me which i am worried by as that is a security loop hole for pcpartpicker and i like that site.
anyways most pc configs with most discrete single or dual GPU cards should be able to hit BF4 at around 60fps it is just how high or low you have to set it to get there is all.
