i'd say to go with the asus gigabyte might be a gaming one but asus bother board comes from their rog line which also mean the bios and such are more geared towards gamer and both the motherboards performance wise doesn't have one thing the other doesn't until bios which their different the asus is also a little cheaper. also asus motherboard provides an program dedicated to cpu unlike gigabyte

I agree asus is very well know for good to great products plus the fan expert is a nice bonus although if you dont mind the extra tinkering get gigabyte, btw i have a rampage 4 extreme so I sway more towards asus every time and there technical support is awsome =)
