GPU not boosting in CoD:AW and how i fixed it

So after playing CoD:AW for a few days ( i actually like it O_o ) i noticed a few frame drops here and there so i decided to investigate

I found that my GTX970 wasnt boosting to its normal 1329mhz , instead it say at 1114mhz on the core , i tried the usual tricks with the

nvidia control panel but none of that would work

 

so after some trial and error and messing around with the game settings i came up with these settings , game still looks visually pleasing and runs smoothly too
