Bottle necking Performance?

Will my I-5 6500T bottleneck performance on a 1050ti or 1060?

 

I currently have my hands on an I-5 6500T that I have from a computer I have I just wanted to know if it will affect performance on the graphics card. So I don't need to dish out another $200 on a CPU.

Appreciate any answers.
