Ghost monitor showing up ?

there is this weird ghost monitor showing up in my windows and Amd CCC even tho i have 2 monitors 

1 connected through my mother with the intel igpu and the other through my GPU [R9 280X]

I've seen this happen when a certain display app is present on a phone that has been plugged into the PC at some point.
