€250 gaming build

I'am going to build a €250 gaming PC for a friend, he only plays light games like Wow and final fantasy XIV.

I think I've a very solid build but need opinions.

Specs:

-AMD A6 6420K

-Asrock FM2A58M-VG3+ R2.0

-HyperX Fury 4GB 1866MHz

-Western Digital Green 500GB

-MS-Tech MS-N450 Val Rev. B

-Sharkoon CA-I

Upgrade to an A8 atleast, the A6 isnt fast enough for most games and get 8GB of ram, i can do a A6-4GB ram benchmark of WoW when i come home if you want

I tried to put an A8 in the build but its to expensive. A benchmark would be much appreciated ;)

I can benchmark WoW but i cant do FFXIV, is there any other game you want me to do?

Blade & soul is another game he plays a lot

Gonna download it now.

I will do all in 1080P with low, medium and max settings

The WoW marks are done, Blade is downloaded in 20 min

 

WoW

 

Low: Minimum 36, Maximum 58, Avg 49

 

Medium: Minimum 5, Maximum 16, Avg 14

 

Max: Minimum 6, Maximum 12, Avg 8

Damn I expected somewhat more fps  :blink:

You can always lower the renderdistance, i just used the presets in the setings

Do you think an A8 will be much better?

The A8 is a quad core so it should be better, and the iGPU could use some more RAM.
