Building a ITX case should i get ITX gpu.

Hopsasa

Ok so you can a ITX model of R9 380 but it only has 2GB Vram. While you can get a full sized with 4GB. Not sure if the full sized gpu is too big for this small build :D. Do i need more than 2GB for 1080p gaming in games like bf4 with high-ultra settings??

Find a 380 with a smaller cooler if you can. Perhaps a Strix card would work as those are quite small.

"ITX" branded cards aren't necessary... there are only a few extremely compact cases that require them. The thing with the ITX specific cards is they have single fan and a less robust heatsink, so they end up being noisy and not cooling as effectively. With the 250D you can fit most full size cards so there's no point in getting an ITX card.
