So my pc suddenly have this problem of sudden black screen like 1-2 minute after booting up but for the first few times i still can hear discord audio but my friends couldn't hear me speak as well I use this pc for mainly gaming most demanding game that i've played on this machine is probably Battlefront 2,FH4,BFV,Warzone but when i played those i don't have this problem i started having this problem after playing Dark Souls 3 and i shut down the pc, i came back a few hours later to this problem. My first suspicion is that the GPU is fried since it runs on 70 degrees on idle but its an older AMD model so i didn't think much of it, Switched out with another GPU (R7 240 & HD 7790) and it ran fine for a while and doesn't seem to have the problem anymore but when I played Valorant it black screened again i think this time with no sound (probably the GPU's fault again). But after sometimes i suspected it was the PSU not giving as much power as its advertised because i tried swapping GPUs and the R7 240 ran the best because it didn't need the extra 6 pin connector. I'm afraid that the PSU is killing my PC slowly and i just ordered a second hand 1070 to upgrade my GPU and now im not sure if my PSU can handle it or it will just kill the GPU or the PSu would just explode and that would be very unfortunate CPU : Ryzen 5 2600 GPU : XFX R7 360 RAM : 2X8GB 2666Mhz PSU: Digital Alliance 600W 80+ Bronze Storage : 2x SSD 2x HDD OS : Win 10 Link to the PSU specs according to the manufacturer : https://digitalalliance.co.id/produk/da-600w-80-bronze/

(I noticed this while playing CS GO) I woke up this morning, all ready to play CS GO, but when I turned on my PC, there were weird artifact looking lines across my screen (There were only two of them). I thought it was nothing, so I restarted my PC. When it turned on again, they were gone, so I opened CS GO and loaded into a match. But there was a problem. I was getting 20 fps. This is not good at all, since I usually average 150 fps. I thought it was no big deal, so I just restarted my computer (again). Sadly, that didn't help anything. I wondered if it was just CS GO, so I tested some other games. My very first game I tested was JC3 (please no hate I know its bad) and I went from a solid 60 fps down to 14. Almost every single game I tested dropped to unplayable frame rates.SPECS: FX 8350 12 Gb DDR3 1600Mhz Asus R7 360 Win 10

(I have an R7 360) Almost every game I try to play on 16.12.1 runs like garbo. I mean CS GO, a game your school computer from 2007 can run, runs at about 20 fps. I tried restarting my PC, but that didn't help. I reinstalled the drivers about 3 times, and when that didn't work, I reverted back to 16.11.5. Sure enough, that fixed it. I could run CS GO at a buttery smooth 200 fps, and all other games ran fine once again. So now you might be thinking "Well, why don't you just stick to 16.11.5?" I can't for multiple reasons. #1, 16.12.1 keeps being reinstalled. It's pretty annoying when whenever I want to play any games I have to install an old driver, #2, My GPU runs a little hot, so I would also like to be able to use Radeon Chill, and #3, I really want to take advantage of all the performance boosts people are talking about. So basically, please help SPECS - CPU - i5 6600k RAM - DDR4 16Gb PNY Anarchy GPU - Asus R7 360 Mobo - MSI Z170A SLI PLUS

Hey guys, I friend of mine wanted to have a new gaming pc. So should i get: an i3-6100 + a R9 380 Strix 4GB or an i5-6400 + a R7 360 2GB ? Thanks for your help!

Since my last post, the obvious choice was the GTX 950, which since then, has gone out of my price range. So here I am again, seeking help and guidance for a budget GPU, let's do this. The red corner: PowerColor Red Dragon AMD RX 460 2GB - £98.99 The green corner: MSI Geforce GTX 750 ti 2GB - £94.98 The other red corner, that makes no sense apart from saving money: MSI R7 360 OC 2GB - £83.99 I will also be spending an extra £8.99-£20 on a new PSU to accomodate it, as my current 250w has neither the power; or the connectors to supply the GPU. I am also not prepared to spend over £100 on the GPU, as the entire system itself originally cost £230. EDIT: Buying a second hand GPU is not an option, as where I live is pretty much a retirement village, and the second hand GPU market within 10 miles consists of GT 210s and GT 610s, with the odd HD 78XX, priced at around £150 mostly. Extra Info: CPU - Intel Core i3-4130 @ 3.4GHz RAM - 8GB (2x4GB) 1333MHz DDR3 (Replacing soonTM) (Also 4GB is 1600mhz, but I (borrowed) 4GB from my Gran because she has 32 bit windows.) HDD - 500 GB Sata ????RPM SSD - N/a MOBO - Asus H81M-k (Yes it was pre-built, don't judge, it was cheap as chips and the CPU is incredible, IMO) Anything/everything constructive is appreciated. Many Thanks -Luithian

Hello there!, I want to buy Farcry 4 on PC and play it maxed out or next gen console settings I would like to beat the ps4 settings since I built my pc to crush the Consoles, these are my specs and the rest are in my signature preferably 1080p or 720p I don't mind.. gamers play not complain right?I can't play below 30 fps btw it hurts my eyes. I will be getting a better GPU at the end of this year ~CPU: i5 4460 3.2 ghz~GPU: R7 360 OC~RAM: 16 GBPS: If you can please provide down what the graphic settings are that I need to play on PS4 or Xbox One settings.. preferably PS4 because PS4 kills Xbox One then PC shoots a missile at both I found this video guys cheek it out he runs it ultra on r7 360 oc but he has a better CPU is this why?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fnU5HB75nuQHis specs are in descriptions guys check it out! Thanks guys and have a nice day

I will be upgrading my GPU soon. The use of the word "upgrading" is a slight understatement in that I don't technically have a GPU, Intel HD 4400 FTW! There are 3 contenders in the ring, and all 3 are viable candidates. In the Red Corner: The R7 360, currently priced at around £75 In the Green Corner: The GTX 750 ti, currently priced at around £98 In the other Green Corner: The GTX 950, currently priced at around £120 EDIT: The card will need to be powered by the PCI slot only, as my awful power supply has NO outputs for 6 pin connectors. The main reason for my post is for opinions on whether spending the extra money would be beneficial to me, and that Intel's graphics drivers are about as useful as a pile of horse $h!7. That and I kinda messed it up and I can't undo it. The upgrade has been a long time coming since I spent £230 for the system total, brand new then stole 4GB of 1333mhz RAM from my Gran's PC, since she doesn't need 8GB anyway. All useful opinions are appreciated, thanks -Luithian

Hello Raymond here again lol. Um so ive made posts about trying to find the problem with my gpu overheating. I finally found and resolved the issue. So after reinstalling all drivers and used software, Adding a fun under the gpu to help cool it, doing a complete system scan And finally reinstalling windows completely, the issue still persisted. The problem was the software that came wiht the gpu! gpu Tweak II doesnt work with my card. I noticed that with my card, if i dont even launch gpu tweak, just monitered the temp using HWMONITOR the temps were completely normal, idled around 40 c and playing steel ocean @ 1080p got to like 61 c. So i use MSI afterburner to OC, UC and fan control, and everything works amazingly. the picture below is a slight underlcok just to know if the software worked and didnt go silly, it worked perfectly.

Hello im Raymond, and im a owner of a ASUS AMD R7 360 OC V2 graphics card. I made a post before trying to figure out thy the card was overeating at idle, but after reinstalling windows, it idles around 40-45 c. Now im having the problem of the card reaching 104 c when gaming. the game im playing is calles "steel ocean". not a super graphically intensive title but still can stress intel hd graphics. Ive had the card for almost 2 months. ive cleaned the card with compressed air, and made sure all the connections are good... why is my gpu getting so hot?? i have pretty good airflow, 2 exhaust 120mm fans and 2 intake 120mm fans.

Hello, My name is Raymond, i have recently purchased a Asus R7 360 OC video card, ive had it for near a month. For some reason it just started to overheat and get hot for no reason at idle, and will turn off after a few minutes if i leave it at base clock plus ive done no overclocks to the card. The picture is from the computer being on for only 5 minutes. reaching 97 degrees celcuis is not normal for a gpu at idle and just turned on. i noticed the gpu speed says 104%, and when i go to the professional mode it the mhz and voltage sliders all say 0000, so i used radeon settings to underclock the card by a huge amount just to use my computer to make this post. just using the browser only and the card highly underclocked the gpu is sitting at 86 celcius. my room is a little warm but not affecting it since my processor is sitting at average levels. PLEASE HELP!! i dont want to send it back to asus for repair if its a software issue or a simple fix. I have a warranty on it until 2019 so if it comes to it i can get it repaired but i dont want to wait 4-8 weeks to play doom

My APU is an A8 7650K, and I'm looking at getting a graphics card to put in my system to up performance, but I'm not sure whether to go with the lower end 250 to get dual graphics, or the higher end 360 by itself. Any advice would be appreciated (I may overclock either gpu slightly, if that makes any difference) 500W PSU 2x4GB 1866 DDR3 (GSkill RipJaw) ASRock AMD FM2+ FM2A68M-HD+

SOLUTION: BIOS Firmware update, of all things. Ok so, first time posting, as you can see, sorry if I come short of explaining the situation, be sure to ask any question. The situation: My system is: Intel DH77KC chipset, i5 2320 3.0ghz, Corsair Vengeance 4x4gb, 620W Antec NeoEco PSU, and an array of various hard drives. I'm running Windows 7 from my SSD and my previous card is an AMD Radeon HD 7750. The problem first occurred when I introduced the new card, the system failed to post, boot, and find any usb device. My mouse didn't even light up. So I put my old 7750 back in, and the same problem occurred. So I booted up with onboard graphics, removed my graphics drivers and retried with both the new card, and then with the old card, and no change. I am currently using onboard because nothing works. The new card is a Sapphire R7 370 Nitro. Thoughts?

I am confused between the R7 360, R7 260X and 750Ti. It will mostly be used for playing Minecraft(sometimes ETS2) other than that the machine will remain idle serving as the file server. So I want reliable card with low power consumption. Please suggest something.
