Hey Gang! A friend of mine forwarded me to the LTT forums after I asked if they knew anyone who would have experience or knowledge for someone purchasing a large bed 3d printer. I've never owned a 3D printer, but I've learned the basics from my experience on the Creality CR-10 printing for my local robotics team, and I have people in my life who understand and are willing to lend a helping hand when I encounter issues with 3D printing. I'm finally ready to obtain a printer of my own, so came to the forums searching for people with experience with the large bed (300x300m or greater) printers, such as the Creality Ender 5 Plus and the Anycubic Kobra 2 Plus. The sales are still on, and I'm seeking purchase advice before they pretend to be a bar of soap and give me the slip! All opinions are welcome, my budget is around 500 USD, and I have the support to and will to upgrade parts. I plan on using the printer primarily for Cosplay, but I have other practical applications that could make great use out of a printer. I would prefer, and was recommended to get a CoreXY design by my experienced friend running a Bambu P1S, but I'm open to suggestions. Other details Current Pc configuration: Ryzen 5 3600xt (awaiting a valid reasonto upgrade) Xfx 5600xt thicc III ultra (the to-be-replaced card) Corsair RM 650x 16 Gb 3200mhz (one day to-be-32) Tomahawk b450 max The question is (630€) EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING OC (LHR) P/N 08G-P5-3767-KL VS (610€) MSI RTX 3070 VENTUS 3X PLUS 8G OC (LHR) P/N V390-457R Should I go for the EVGA, are the 20 extra justified? Or should I grab the MSI instead? Both are new products and yes, they are the best prices I could find in my country, happy to be called an internet-surfing idiot and be presented cheaper options though c: I'm asking here e just because the "GPU comparison sites" from what I understand, are crap. The data looks pulled out from the ass of an AI who built the comparison by auto-picking googled results. And the 3070 is not as trendy as the 80s, so youtube was only partially helpful. Hello, I wanted to get a "sanity check" before I pull the trigger and buy the Rode PodMic - just to make sure that this microphone is in fact suitable for my needs / compatible with my setup. The primary use for this microphone would be chatting with my friends on Discord while gaming (so lots of keyboard clicking sounds) - maybe the odd Twitch streaming session. I usually switch between "voice activation mode" and "push to talk mode" depending on the situation, so the microphone should be suitable for both modes. I really do not want to get a "gaming headset" as the sound quality to price ratio is generally awful, so I'm going with regular headphones (without a microphone). Thus, I'll be needing a dedicated microphone, and my choices seem to be between 1) a ModMic (attaching it to my headphones), 2) some sort of lapel mic, or 3) a "regular"-sized microphone that'll be on an arm in front of me (but far enough below my eyes so that it does not conflict with my vision of my monitors). I'm mostly leaning towards 3) since this will not introduce more wires that are "attached" to me + the sound quality should (I think) be better than options 1) and 2). Additionally, I already own a Steinberg UR22 Audio Interface, which I believe should be compatible with the PodMic (and other "option 3)" mics) - so I don't have to shell out any extra cash in this regard. I am however a little bit worried about having a microphone in front of me on an arm rather than having it "attached to me" - specifically in relation to the questions "will it block my vision of my monitors" and "will I have to adjust the mic position everytime I shift around in my chair". Hopefully the answer to both of these questions is no. So, does it sound like the PodMic will be a good choice for me? Or are there other choices that you would recommend for me to take into consideration? I also looked at the Rode ProCaster, but it's significantly more expensive, and it's also quite a bit longer (meaning it's more likely that it will interfere with my vision of my monitors - at least in my head). Additionally, are there any microphone arms (attachable to a table) that you could recommend for me that are available in the EU to go with the PodMic (or other microphones that you can recommend for me)? Hi all, after finishing my watercooling loop I have been made promptly aware that the loudest component in my PC was actually the power supply, a CX750M. While not a bad power supply by any standard, the fan is quite loud at the loads I’m putting on it(300 watt Vega 56 @ 1.7 Ghz something something load i7-6800K @ 4.1 Ghz). I was looking at replacing it with an RM unit, and I was wondering if the RM1000 would be worth the extra 40$ over the 850 for my use case, in which I’d prefer silence, but if there’s no meaningful difference I’d rather not spend more than I have to. Thanks in advance for any and all advice!

I can get DT990s (600 ohm) and Liquid Spark at a great price. There's no info about power at 600 ohms on monoprice's site. The question is... Will this amp will drive them fully? By fully I mean, without compromises such as lacking bass or anything like that. Long story short, I don't want them to be underpowered.
