Budget (including currency): USD Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Games: WoW, R6S, Destiny 2, PUBG, Apex. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): So all I have is a Corsair MMO mouse and a keyboard. I have been basically playing only MTGO on a PC but with the price and just getting older I think it is time to jump to PC. Been a dirty console pleb for the past 15 years though. My biggest hurtle is without a doubt knowing what I need and what almost anything means. I have tried reading artcles and looking at prefab things but since this is post 2016 and facts and opinions are indecipherable I am here. I mostly am looking for something that is moderately future proof. Can run 2 monitors at once and won't struggle to play any of the listed games at normal graphics. I mean streaming is something I am interested in but it would just be like streaming MTGO (Magic the gathering online) which is about 200 years old and had no graphical requirements lol. ** Forgot budget. Well I mean preferably I would like be below $2000. I only work in autoparts so its not like I have a surplus of spare change lol. Please help.

So how would would one not familiar with PC's go about monitoring thermals? Right now I am on an Lenovo Ideapad until I get all the part to build my 1st gaming PC. As this laptop is not really meant for gaming when I play DAO it will tend to get hot, is there a way to monitor my temps while playing games?

My notebook (razer blade stealth) only discovers 5ghz networks, it doesn't even find our second 2.4 ghz network which I like to use when I'm on the second floor. For some reason it just shows that it has no internet connection but it works on every other computer in the house. (previous mac guy who is switching over to the other side) Could it be that our wifi setup is optimized for mac? (just got this thing and i use a cable for my pc....)

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WdDp7W Thats around what I have going for me in the build so far. I’m entirely new to the PC side of gaming so I’m not sure if these are good picks. So let’s start with the “needs” Needs to be running: destiny 2 forsaken (graphics aren’t a big deal to me, just need a solid 60-70fps) windows 10 64 bit home edition Logitech c922 webcam OBS Google chrome (maybe two windows open for my twitch chat etc etc) 2 monitors (Asus 248QE & 247HP) At2020 USB microphone Hyper Cloud Alpha headset Miscellaneous usage: While I’m not gaming I’ll be using video editing software to upload game clips and guides. Sum it up: Is this good for a $1400 price point? Again, I’m very very new to PC so overclocking has me baffled and I just have a stock Corsair cooling fan. Couldn’t find it on the part list though. Any help is appreciated! Thank you very much! Animal

I want to play games like gta 5,r6s,cod,battlefield,apex legends, csgo (and maybe resident evil 7) on 144 fps on high settings would it be possible?

Hello, I cannot figure out how much wattage do I need for a Ryzen7 2700X with a GTX 1660 super 6gb OC. Could anyone please help me out with making the right choice? Edit: I am building a mini-itx build, with only 2 additional fans, no RGB.

I'm someone who has never played or seen games being played on anything higher than current consoles or a crappy pc. My question is can someone like me expect a real increase in my gaming experience if I play a decent gaming rig for the first time? I mean not PC elitists going on about the expensive hardware for bragging rights but just real world performance that would make the average person who's never PC gamed go "wow this is much better playing on PC" or "Ya it's a lil better" Reason: thinking of putting together a decent gaming rig Any replies are much appreciated, thanks. BTW this isn't a PC V console debae, I know PC's have superior performance
