I've been looking at this monitor since it came out a few months ago but there isn't many reviews. Did any of you got to try it ? MP 27" Zero-G 1440p 144Hz FREESYNC LED Gaming Monitor, Black VESA https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=16384 There are not many 27 inches, 1440p, freesync 144hz monitors on the market. The only other decent choice i got is the Acer XG270HU. thanks

I've been noticing that my printer seems to have a lot of trouble with infill support. If it is making a line, the line seems to break up a bit in random areas. Oddly enough, everything on the outside is perfect, only the inside is where trouble starts. Settings: Monoprice Maker Select V2 100% Flow 200c Temp 50c Bed 40% infill 40 mm/s print speed (usually its 60 but I was seeing if it mattered, doesnt seem to) 120 mm/s travel speed .8mm wall thickness .1mm Layer height I use Cura 2.4/2.5. I don't know if my settings are normal or not. I have had completed prints but have never opened one to see if the support worked.

Hey everybody, need some quick advice here before a sale runs out! There is currently a deal on the Hifiman HE-400i for $350 CAD ($260 USD). The only reason that I haven't gone out and bought it yet is because the Monoprice m1060s exist (around $430 CAD when they come back in stock), but I'm still waiting for some reviews to clear up the mixed feedback about QC and sound quality. Should I jump on this deal before it ends? Should I wait and see about the monoliths? I'd really appreciate any advice here, especially if you've tried them both. Thanks!

So I recently picked up this monitor from MP: https://www.monoprice.com/product?c_id=113&cp_id=11313&cs_id=1130703&p_id=16384&seq=1&format=2 and this DP wire: https://www.monoprice.com/product?c_id=102&cp_id=10246&cs_id=1024601&p_id=13361&seq=1&format=2 At first I was running on Dual link DVI-D at around 80hz 1440 and it seemed to be fine, however, when my DP wire came in, and I upped it to 1440p 144hz, the monitor began refreshing like the dp connection was cutting out and coming back in again (black screen for a second, shows resolution and hz like i just plugged in). The part that confuses me the most is that it seems like this happens completely randomly. At first, it would happen 5 or 6 times in a row (within 15 seconds) and then it wouldn't happen for 2 hours, and then it would do it once, then 5 minutes later 3 times etc etc. It even lasted 2 days (with lots of overwatching and rocket league) without any issues, and then it started up again today (4 times within 1 rocket league game). I tried the wire on my friend's monitor (its the exact same one) for like 30 mins and didn't notice it occuring, however, with this issue I can never really be sure that it won't randomly happen. I don't know what to do here, I don't really want to rma my monitor but if worst comes to worst I can commit. I have my dvi still so i can make do at 80hz for a couple days. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!! INFO ATTACHED Desktop INFO.txt

Would anyone recommend purchasing an open box CPU, such as a 7700k?! Or would that be a bad idea!! It's from monoprice!! https://www.monoprice.com/product?c_id=113&cp_id=11307&cs_id=1130706&p_id=24635&seq=1&format=2

So, I have had my MP mini delta printer for a while and it has been pretty good but there are lots of things that can be problems with them, so I wanted to make a place for discussion where people can easily talk about the printer and problems and ways to fix them. Because the 3-d printing community is real and if you get this printer with not much knowledge but the price(which is great) you will need help. Also if you are reading this and you do not have this printer I recommend getting it and stick on the page so we can help you out.

Good morning! Recently, I've been wanting to get into 3D printing, and I'm waiting for my tax return to buy a printer to make tools and other things. There are plenty of options on the market from what I see, and I've been looking into a few affordable options for a starter printer. I've looked at the following options: Monoprice Select Mini 3D Printer V2 Monoprice Mini Delta 3D Printer Creality Ender 3 My current budget is approximately $200 (give or take a few bux) and I was wondering which of those printers has the best quality for the price. I'm planning on working mostly with PLA, and I would really appreciate advice from people who are experts in this subject. I'd also like to know what pros and cons you have for each if you own any of these. If you have any other recommendations for other printers, that would be appreciated as well. Thank you for reading this, and any help would be appreciated. UPDATE: I'm aware that filament will increase my price. I don't include it in my budget because I have a separate budget for that already (about $100). I also already included tax and stuff. All ~$200 is purely for the printer.

My girlfriend mentioned to me recently that she wanted to pick drawing back up again, and remembering I had an old monoprice tablet (model twa60), I dug it up out of the box I had it in and plugged it into her PC. Only then did I realize that the drivers required for it were on a disk somewhere in my parents basement hundreds of miles away from me. I've searched high and low online for downloadable drivers. The merchant's site has been entirely redone, to the point where they don't even have that model even listed, let alone driver support for it. The other sites claiming to have a download have been reported to most likely contain various nasty things that no one would ever want on their computer. I've contacted monoprice, only to get no response back. The tablet is usable, it just doesn't have pressure sensitivity, and that's really what I'm trying to fix here. Am I completely screwed? Or could there possibly be another way around this? We're working with windows 10 here. Not sure if system specs is actually needed for this one.

I was browsing some mechanical keyboards and I stumbled across this mechanical keyboard from Monoprice: http://www.monoprice.com/Product?p_id=13785&gclid=CMORwYGEvc4CFVdbhgodya0Jwg It appears to have Gateron switches, but does anybody know for sure? I have not been able to find anything on their website. This also appears to be one of the only keyboards that I can find that has Gateron switches, especially for the price!

Hi guys! This swedish fellow bought a rebranded version of the Monoprice AMP/DAC about a year ago (http://www.tradera.com/item/120305/237288538/horlursforstarkare-med-dac-20hz-20khz-16-600ohm-usb-rca-6-3mm-sv). When I got it home i noticed that there was only audio coming from my left can, I thought that my earphones was broken, but it turns out that it was the AMP/DAC. I talked to the company that sold it to me and they sent a new one, but they didn't want the faulty one back. So one year later: I want to fix the broken one. I started my teardown and immediately saw the problem (I think?), the right channel connector was broken. By the looks of it, it's attached to this plastic holder. Do you guys know if I can find this part and resolder it?

So there I am, all excited that I just received my new ethernet crossover cable so that I can finally get some stuff off of my laptop and on to my desktop. I open the package and admire the cable in all of its glory. But I noticed that there is something else in the package. Something... a little unexpected: Yes, that's right. With my ethernet cable, I received an 80 calorie bag of Krave Chocolate Cereal as a prize. I've heard of prizes in cereal boxes, but never prizes in cable shipments - where the prize was cereal. Is this customary? I've ordered other cables, but never from Monoprice.

I have a question and need a quick response! The Monoprice 8248 subwoofer says that it has a 50Hz-150Hz crossover. My question is, is this crossover effective for BOTH the Hi-Level input and the RCA input?? I would like to run a RCA full range signal to it and want to know if the crossover also works on the RCA inputs. Thank you so much!

Wanting to add my desktop audio setup. So what is the best budget amp , dac or sound card for these famous headphones?
-
So all this music, headphone, audio is all new to me. I have a Steelseries Siberia v2 that was a gift last year. Right now as my current driver of headphones. Bought the Monoprice 8323 headphones over black friday weekend. Will I hear a difference generally speaking over the v2's? Do I need to buy an amp for the headphone as well? Primary use of the headphone would be gaming, youtube, and music Ex CS GO, Electronic Music, and Pop Music.

Seems like a good keyboard. Especially for the price when you get actual cherry keys and the usb/audio hub and such. My dad likes his current keyboard (a four year old membrane that came with the tower) because it has some resistance when he presses a key. In reality it feels AWFUL, so I think it might be time to show him what a higher quality keyboard feels like. Since Cherry MX Blacks aren't the most common thing around, I thought I would post it here in case anyone might be interested. http://www.monoprice.com/Product/?c_id=114&cp_id=11401&cs_id=1140102&p_id=9180&seq=1&sortby=2&rating=7&format=4

So Massdrop has got this deal on a Monoprice 1440p monitor: https://www.massdrop.com/buy/monoprice-monitor They claim that it uses the best panel and that it has zero dead pixels and although I don't believe them I still think it's a great deal. Shipping is $14.99 and unfortunately not international.

Hey guys, Just wanted to point out that the Mechanical Keyboard made by Monoprice with Blue switches is now on sale for $44.11 (right after I bought it for $58 :( ). So... yeah. Awesome. Important note: This deal is a 1 day long event. It will end tonight, I believe. Though I could be wrong, that's what Monoprice.com implies.

I apologize for the phone pics in advance. I tried to get the best I could. Build Quality This is the cheapest full size headphones I still own, and it shows. It's very light weight, very cheap feeling but at $20 it's to be expected The earpads are more plasticy than leathery and are a little smaller than I like. srh840 pads can fit loosely and they fix any comfort issues I've had, but they double the cost of the headphone, so not recommended unless you have an extra pair of pads just laying around. The headband has 3 thin pillows that are pretty soft. I usually have issues with the the ear pads being too small before I have headband problems. The headphones fold up for travel and the ear cups turn 90 degrees for wearing around the neck or they can flip outwards for whatever reason headphones do that. The hinges feel weak and loose, I haven't used them a whole lot over the 2-3 years I've owned them but I haven't run into any breaks or cracks yet despite feeling so cheap. Sound Quality Here are the Innerfidelity graphs. http://www.innerfidelity.com/images/Monoprice8323.pdf For those that care I'm using an iBasso D4 and M^3 for review. The detail overall isn't the absolute best but you can't expect perfection on $20, it just won't happen. The bass is fairly strong, a little more than I prefer, but not overbearing or anything to strongly complain about. There is some weird vocals, I can't put my finger on it but it sounds like there's a weird dip in the response. it kind of bugs me. it's just not as linear as I like. I prefer the koss porta pros for vocals as the response seem more linear(not to be confused with neutral, koss porta pros have a pretty steep slope downward on a frequency graph) Treble is not nearly as detailed as I like or as pronounced. I like sparkly highs and these just don't seem to do them justice. Final Thoughts For ~$20 it's hard to complain, but due to the weird sounding vocals, I'd push for the koss porta pros if your budget allows. They seem to provide a smoother more linear sound than the monoprice. They are sealed back, so if you have a nice pair of open headphones for home use, they might be a good option if you want something for portable/travel use that isn't a big deal if they get broken or lost.

Hi guys, I'm split between these two keyboards. The Quickfire is $68 from Amazon with Blue switches (interestingly, the Green Switch version is $120 or so). The Monoprice Cherry MX Blue switch keyboard is $58 from Monoprice. Now, honestly, I've bought a lot of stuff from Monoprice. I trust both their quality and their customer service. They also tend to have the best prices. Essentially, the only real difference between the two is media keys (I don't care) and the look. Monoprice's being as plain as can be, while the Quickfire has the grey look and such. I'm not exactly strapped for cash, but I prefer to save where I can. I just want a Blue switch mechanical keyboard. I might have bought the Green switch version of the Quickfire if it didn't take 1-3 months to ship and didn't cost $50 more. Hi guys, I had promised to take apart my Blue Switch Mechanical Keyboard from Monoprice.com for $57 without taxes or shipping, at some point or another. I have been putting it off for a while but then decided to do it at work. That was (mostly) a success. TL;DR: It is a high quality keyboard (to an extent) with a metal plate that gives it weight and durability. It is very easy to disassemble. Anyway, on to the pictures. Remember guys, be responsible. Put pictures in spoilers if there are ever more than 1 and they are large (or any combination of either... wait, what? lol). Note that the resolution of these pictures is 2592x1944 but scaled down to Flickr's "large" size (1024xsomething or other). Forgive blurriness where it exists.

Introduction: Hi guys, I had my first impressions and then a disassembly of the keyboard, so now I figured it was time to review it in depth. However, understand that "in depth", for a keyboard, can only go so far. It is a keyboard. It types. "How well it does it" and "How much I enjoy it" is the in depth part. :P Now, the first thing I should note is that it's price is low, for a Mechanical Keyboard at least. At $57, without taxes or shipping, that is a steal. However, in my use of it, I have come to understand exactly how and why it is that cheap. Let me preface explaining that, by simply saying that it is a good keyboard and I have enjoyed using it for the time I have had it (6 months so far). Covering the Costs of a Low Price I like to get the negatives out of the way first, as I prefer to end a review with positives rather than negatives. Firstly, the keys sound different. I am not talking about overall "all the keys on this keyboard sound different from other keyboard's keys", but many of the keys on this keyboard have a different sound to them than other keys on this exact same keyboard. In other words, some have a light click. Others have a strong click. Some barely have clicks at all. It is strange when you do notice it. Most (I am guesstimating about 85%+) have average clicks. It is the extremes I speak of in this. In my disassembly of the keyboard, and removal of one of the switches (do not remove the switches, it will break them unless you want to resolder them again later), I found the metal clamp-type thing that allows the switch to make the click sound and have a tactile bump. In this particular switch, it was in place and strong. The click sound was an average between strong and light. I considered this to be a normal click for a Blue based on the click I heard from the Blue switch I obtained from www.wasdkeys.com's sample pack of switches.

I'm going to order a few ethernet and HDMI cables from monoprice. I saw that the cases were about $3 for the Galaxy S4. I thought I could throw in in. Are they any good? I don't really care if I break it, but I still want something to protect it.
