I just bought an Evga RTX 3090 Ti ftw3 (on a good deal) and I was wondering will it fit the case. I was browsing around and people are saying its a 4-slot graphics card. (Planning to build an Itx pc)

Budget (including currency): 2500 Country: US Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Streaming, Art, high refresh rate games Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 1440p 240hz ITX Build I want to how much cooling I would need for a Ryzen 7 7800x3d. I'm gonna build in an itx case but I don't know if something like the Noctua NH-L9a would be enough to cool it since I might not have a not room for a bigger one.

Soooo I'm one of those people. Basically looking for a cable that goes from 3.2 gen 2 female internal to male type c. Mobo only has rear IO for it, but that's under the [admittedly easy to pop off] top panel, rather than an internal header. Is there something to be done here other than a SATA3 or PCIE expansion card? I know that the SATA card will pin me in terms of power delivery, and the PCIE is not an option due to ITX reasons. Is there seriously no cable that goes from internal female C to male C? And yes, I'm aware I could have solved the problem by just getting the strix board. That money went to the current blood tax for a 1660s short. Any help is appreciated. At this point, If I can get a pair of properly specced connectors, I'll make my own cable.

Like the title suggests, I am currently rocking a vertically mounted 3080 Ti inside of an NR200p. At stock, underload, if recorded the GPU temps to be as high as 85+ degrees. After fiddling with he fan curve a bit (shown in attached image), I was able to get the load temps down between 75-80 degrees under load (depending on the game/benchmark) all be it with some significant fan noise. I know the 30-series cards are know to run HOT, but I feel that there is no reason foe it to be THAT hot. I currently have an MSI MAG 240 AIO on the bottom of the case as intake (don't worry, the pump is built into the rad), and 2 top fans working as exhaust. do you think rearranging the top fans to be intake will help with GPU thermals as to get some fresh are in the mix? or am I over reacting, and the temps aren't THAT bed? Full disclosure: I am currently rocking the TG side panel rn and I KINDA want to keep it that way....but if there temps need addressing, I can't do such with my current configuration, I will just mount the GPU horizontally and mount the rad on the vented side panel as a last resort. I know that set up has been proved to be the superior in terms of airflow and performance, but its not as pretty to look at HAHA.

I just learned today that I can't use my ssupd Meshlicious that I just bought for my build because my psu doesn't work sideways, I'm pretty beat up about it. Does anyone know of a case that would support a upwards facing atx psu with a itx motherboard that's not too big?

itx case What Is a ITX Case That Support Up To a 310mm GPU?
Just_Landon posted a topic in Cases and Mods
I was thinking about buying a new motherboard and PC case. I like the idea of building an ITX system because I like to visit my family downstate and taking a micro or full sized ATX PC around would be too cumbersome. The only problem is that I need to find an ITX case that would support my 310mm GTX 780TI. What would be your recommendation for a case? -
I am trying to decide my upcoming local ghost s1 build. I plan on using a Ryzen 7 3700x + RTX 2080 Super. I do not know whether the Noctua NH- L12 + Small top hat with 2x slim 120mm Noctua fans would be enough to keep the system under safe temps without hindering the performance or whether a large top hat with a 240 mm I would be at the way to go in order to not hinder the performance of either the CPU or GPU. The only reference material I have found is... http://louqe.com/img/GhostToHatTest.pdf (basically either the S or the L+ build options in the pdf) But their benchmarks use, easier to cool components and I do not know whether the S solution would be adequate.

This is a strange PC case I found on Amazon and thought it was cool https://www.amazon.com/Computer-Aluminum-Small-Bench-Glass/dp/B0863L2DSZ/ref=mp_s_a_1_16?dchild=1&keywords=itx+case&qid=1587694882&sprefix=itx+&sr=8-16

I'm trying to decide on the Core v1 or the Corsair Spec M2, so I make two build lists trying to see what would be better for me. But when I put the ITX Thermaltake Core V1 into the list, it says "The Thermaltake Core V1 Mini ITX Tower Case supports video cards up to 285mm long, but video cards over 255mm may block drive bays. Since the MSI GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB GAMING Video Card is 277mm long, some drive bays may not be usable." What does this mean? When it says to remove drive bays, does that mean I won't have space for my hard drive? EDIT: Forgot to put my build lol- http://pcpartpicker.com/list/KQzx2R

I have a theory... If the blower style is stacked on top of the open air cooler, will the blower style assist/help the open air cooler in improving air flow The flow must also be laminar enough to produce better 1. Thermals/temperature of both graphics card 2. Lower fan speed 3. Quieter CPU case compared against 2 open air coolers. or 2 blower style in sli

Here are all the pictures. Would really like some feedback. Size: 7.5" x 7.5" x 10.5" Footprint: 7.5" x 7.5" Weight: Just over 2lbs with fans Cooling: 2x 92mm Storage: 2x 2.5 Drives (7mm or 9mm) CPU Cooler Height 95mm Max GPU ITX Size ~6.7 inches Build Materials: Baltic Birch used front and back Red Oak used for the remaining panels Tan parts (Dust screens, front IO, washers) were 3D printed with wooden filament (plastic wood mix) *Rear IO, Motherboard mount were printed in PETG. PETG is an extremely strong plastic that is incredibly heat resistant. Finish: Front/back received a tung oil finish. This was allowed to cure for several days before any additional finish was applies. This oil penetrates the wood and provides an extremely effective moisture barrier. Red Oak was stained to make it slightly darker 6 coats very thin coats of Polyurethane were applied inside and outside. This was done over a period of several days.- The finish was extreme overkill. One of the worries many people had was the wood swelling due to humidity. I'm fairly certain I could leave this out in the rain, overnight, without damage. Notes: Over 10 prototypes were designed specifically aimed at testing thermal performance. Will run a 7700k at 4.9Ghz under 80c @ extended full load. (This same CPU would run at 75-76c on water) Wood provides great sound instillation and allows the CPU cooler to run at a higher RPM without the added noise. Extensive testing with overclocked CPU & GPU have addressed any heat related issues. Most pictures are shown with the dust covers removed. I personally like the look of exposed fans and go with dust filters behind the fans. The case is designed to allow either option.

FIXED Right now I have a gtx 1070 strix, and it is at 80'c and the hdd next to it is 56 degrees max, (but it is a server hdd, toshiba p300 4tb) Crystaldiskinfo says that 56 degrees is bad. So im considering a rear exhaust card, because right now too much heat is going into my case, sharkoon itx c10. So should I do something with my case cooling or buy a rear exhaust cooling card?

I have an ATX PC with a 9900k and an EVGA 2080 xc ultra. planning on downsizing to an ITX system but am struggling to find a case that can hold my GPU as it is the 2.75 slot, there is a 2 adapter which means the issue isn't the number of expansion slots but the space below them. I would also like to use the Noctua NH-u12a if possible but am happy to use a radiator of at least 240mm. hoping someone will be able to recommend a case I could use for this build, doesn't have to be super small just not large. I have been looking at the InWIn A1 plus because it looks like my GPU might fit but am not sure. Added points for a glass side panel, ATX PSU mount, dust filters and USB type C front IO Thanks in advance

The three I'm speaking of are commercially available at most shops, and still compatible with most standard itx boards and regular parts. So which is your favorite? NZXT H200 - standard mini tower, itx compatability, full size components , 240mm aio radiator compatability, plenty of color variety, tempered glass side panel, NZXT RGB compatible, value for price. Silverstone Sugo SG13B/W/P - Mini Cube case, full size components, 120mm aio radiator compatability, full size graphics card compatability, high ventilation capability, compact cube form/size, comes in three colors (black, white, pink). Silverstone RVZ03-B/W - Slim tower case, full size graphics card compatability, full size power supply(140mm), high ventilation capability, RGB Front panel, horizontal and vertical orientation. So which is your favorite style? If I had to pick I'd go for the H200.

Hey guys! Replacing my parents' 5+ year old hp pcs, but cant be bigger, and needs to have the ODD, which makes it difficult to build one, as the old cases seem like small micro-atx or mini-itx size, which most cases that size available dont have a 5.25 expansion bay, or if the do they end up too big, or come with a psu thats too small. (Need 400w min so i dont want to buy one i cant use) Was planning on getting the azza csaz-103 its a very small size with a disk tray and looks pretty good (although i am planning some mods, like repainting) but it dissapeared from all online stores like 2 weeks ago Im not afraid of a difficult build, but i dont want to spend more than 130 or 140 cnd on the case itself. Anyone know of a good possible case? Some pictures are decieving for physical size after all, but i want to build them as small as possible, useing an rx550 gpu(short, 1fan), and itx mobo, 1 ssd, 1 hdd, 1 odd. Or do you know when some new itx cases might be coming out lol.

Long story to tell, this is maybe like a review of this case,so,I would have lots of word to describe First of all, allow me to explain about this case(it comes from taobao) geeek have offer 4 kinds of itx case: A20(for 190mm GPU, flex power supply, cpu cooler height was limited to 65mm) A35(for 235mm GPU, flex power supply, cpu cooler height was limited to 50mm) A50(for reference card, normal sfx/sfx-l power supply, cpu cooler height was limited to 65mm) A50X(for reference card, normal sfx/sfx-l power supply, support 240mm AIO) Same feature:you have to pay an extra money on ADT,that is about 20 USD But I just bought the A50,so this is the case we gonna talk about: We could only see a power button amd usb3.0 on the front,so,back side of the motherboard usb port maybe use more frequency The two HDD/sata 2.5SSD space is quite a compromise for this case, may effect on your case airflow At the top you can pile in 2*90mm fan,15mm thick, but i did not because i have not do more cable management The size is 210*330*140mm,that is about 9.7L,not quite smaller than dan case A4 sfx,but you have to know that dan case only compatibility of an 47mm cpu cooler like cryorig C7 or 92mm AIO like asetec 545 lc (the gpu size is 305*132*45mm,this is the thing i have to mention, but,it can fit in my xfx vega 56,so,make sure your gigantic card is suitable for the case before you buy it) Both the side panel, top, and bottom using plastic, and make very light as a empty box, but, i guess i could mention about the price It cost about 50 US DOLLAR(350 RMB),that is really sweet for an itx player, especially the itx compoment is more expensive than the ATX/MATX build(normally) However, let me explain other reason that you may not buy it:you have to build by yourself, the worse thing is the specification is on the salers pages, printed by chinese, which will is not easy for non-Chinese-speaking families to understand the context, which is unfortunate So conclusion:this is a price sweet case, but you have to do it for yourself, you may need to do a long time shipment to your area, that may weaken the advantage of the price, please make a better consideration and someone may ask:dude, why do introduce suck a rarely heard case for most of the guys I do know there is few itx player, even your first build may not took a glance on itx build, but I truly get addicted in it,my first video that catch my eye sight is linus make a powerful build on sliverstone sg13b(actually,i had saw the review of sliverstone RVZ01 also from linus),and then, paul's hardware, bitwit, jaystwocents, hardwarecanucks, etc,i just get into the trap of itx build and can't get out on to my point:there is more itx case than you expect in china taobao like sunmilo T03,cube X1,micro V5,ZS A4 sfx, frisk MK2,Ultra civiliz A4 case, and more,I just hoping that itx case will be a hot discussion in future(too bad for the reality situations) Anyway,if someone could glance over this discussion,I would be really appreciate for him/her.

Hi LLT. I've acquired a new itx case and have swapped components around from a former ITX build to a new case (Evolv Shift Air). Things I've swapped over from the former build is Mobo, RAM, CPU and GPU. New things, PSU (Corsair SSF 750watt) and CPU cooler (Noctua L12s). I had the build up and running managed to install windows 10 with just the basics connected. Powered down and wanted to connect all fans / case connections and a different GPU. Now I can't get any sign of life out of the system, tried swapping back to the previous GPU, the old system powersupply (corsair TX650m). My guess is the mobo has died in the process somehow. I've yet to check if the Riser Cable for the GPU could be the reason but then FANs would at least start spinning right? Cheers.

Hello, I was looking onto getting a new ITX, ordered this one and it arrives sometime in SEP. I was wondering about how I should configure it. I feel like the vertical GPC mount and 240 AIO on the bottom would be cool. But I am unsure of the clearance and space i have at the bottom. I heard Push and Pull Configuration does well in adding more airflow and would like to try it out. Does anyone know if i have enough clearance for 2 more noctua slim fans. Also, slim fans on the bottom or top of the RAD?

so,I became a maniac fans of the ultimate compact itx case since linus had made a build of the dan case a4 sfx as well as v2 version, however, when I pass through Youtube and bilibili for more information,Jaystwocents had already make a video of louqe ghost s1 in time lapse,so,is ghost s1 still available for pre-order?if i could,I may switch my CPU cooler from cryorig C7 to any kind of 240mm water cooling so,which one should I pick, dan case a4 sfx v3,or louqe ghost s1? (image source came from linus and jays video)

Hiya all! I'm planning a computer build and I am trying to decide between two different, similar cases. What are the merits, in your opinion of the Silverstone ML08B-H vs. the Fractal Design Node 202? I prefer the aesthetics of the Node 202 and the less cluttered interior, but I've heard the ML08B-H has better airflow (even without fans) and it is over 15 bucks cheaper since the Node 202 jumped in price on Amazon. In short, should I stick with my plan of the Node 202, and just wait for the price to go back down in a day or two, or should I get the ML08B-H? (Fortunately, since I am ordering some parts on Newegg with Newegg Premier, I can wait an extra day to figure this out.) Thanks a lot.

So as the title says i am looking for a good 650W PSU (for around 100€ +/- 30) that will fit into the Bitfenix Prodigy (its length should be around 150mm). i do not really mind wether its modular or not (enough room to store unnecessary cables), but if it is modular, the connectors will obviously increase the overall length of the PSU, making it harder to fit in. any suggestions? anyone of you already built in that case? How has it been? :)

Hi I already did a itx build last weeks and a bit tight in budget... My plan is to buy either gtx750ti or gtx760 in future, or in 6 months later. or maybe.. r9 270x I may need to travel by air but i dont trust any airplane company to put my future pc desktop on the check in. Let's begin, as we know AMD A10-7850k able to play at least any type of game from low to medium graphics. and so this give me an option to buy a good graphic card later, but then im not sure if the capability with amd a10 with another graphic cards... + i need a mitx motherboard that have a wifi capability. (must have a wifi) I'm still looking for a small mitx case that support gpu, baggage allowance is 400 x 500 x 210 (mm) (7kg) , my list of the case are - CM elite 130 (240 x 207.4x 398.5) (3.1kg) - Fractal Design Node 304 (250 x 210 x 374) (4.9kg) - Silverstone FT-03 mini (188.9 x 397 x 235.1) (4.7kg) - Silverstone RVZ01 ( - Silverstone SST-ML07 (382 x 105 x 350) (3.71kg) - Lian Li PC-Q07A (208 x 193 x 290) (1.1kg) - Lian Li PC-Q25A (199 x 366 x 280) (3.1kg) - Lian Li PC-TU100A (252 x 170 x 277) (2.5kg) - Lian Li PC-Q35A (456 x 210 x 305) (4.3kg) - Lian Li PC-Q16A (290 x 199 x 160) (1.8kg) - Cooltek JB-U2 (233 x 208 x 319) (2.5kg) - Cooltek U1 (197 x 162 x 267) (1.1kg) - Ncase M1 (160 x 328 x 240) (2.72kg) Barebones (intel socket 1150) - Asrock M8 (400 x 372 x 123) (5kg) (notes: psu, motherboard, fans included) - MSI Nightblade (346 x 278 x 176) (7.8kg) (psu, motherboard, fans included) so i'll be choosing a corsair vengeance 2x2gb (4gb) 1600mhz any decent power supply... hoping my rigs is less than 400euro is AMD A10 7850k is compatible enough to go with gtx 760? or r9 270x perhaps Update and so it begins, i found out a Intel G3420 is a good catch if i want to upgrade to i5 later next year. i would like to use r9 270 as gpu. perhaps i'll be using evga hydron but is the power supply enough for r9 270 or gtx 780(future)?

I stumbled across U-NAS today and fell in love with their cases but to my dismay I can not find anyone on the North American continent who is selling them. http://www.u-nas.com/cases.html In particular the NSC-800 would be perfect for housing this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157419

Hello there.I'm going to build an ITX gaming PC for Battlefield 4.The parts that I'll be using are listed below: i5 4670K PHANTEKS PH-TC12DX Silver ASUS Z87I-PRO ASUS R9 270X DCUII 2GB G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB 1866MHz WD Caviar Black 1TB Samsung 840 EVO Series 120GB Corsair CX600 80 Plus Bronze Some BitFenix Spectre fans to replace the stock fans BitFenix Prodigy Now I got some questions about this build. 1.Is this going to work? 2.Will it run BF4 on Ultra with more than 40FPS? 3.Is this CPU cooler going to fit with this RAM? If there's something else that I didn't list and you guys think that I should know, please tell it to me.Sorry for my english, not my mother lanquage. P.S:Don't send me links from Newegg or Amazon because I'm not buying from there. My budget is around 1200 euros.
