The other day the laptop of my friend started to at first just not boot up and just show a black screen, so he tried to boot it up several times and afterwards it started to show black screen with red lines(see the attached image) and after that it just randomly switches between green screen/BSOD and black screen with red lines. It was working fine without any issues up until now. I've tried to get into BIOS to see some specs and maybe reinstall windows, and I was able to get into BIOS however during my time in the BIOS it randomly cut off to a green screen and now I'm not sure if I should try to reinstall windows. The laptops model is: ASUS TUF Gaming F15 and windows 10 was installed on it. Any kind of suggestion or help on what should I do to fix it is appreciated.

Hi so I bought a pc last year and haven’t enjoyed it till now i am constantly having bsod when i play a game ex: apex and warzone but not on other games like valorant, i get bluescreen also when i try to play warzone or apex then stream it, even if just plainly playing games it crashes, i already reformatted my pc and download everything still when i try to play warzone or apex it crashes mid game multiple bsods I don’t know what to do anymore have change my ssd and ram already, if i open streamlabs and play a game then stream the pc crashes it automatically restarts the pc most of the time it is bsod. Even if streamlabs is not on if i play apex it will crashed and pc freezes even warzone crashes even if streamlabs aren’t open. Drivers are up to date. Xmp is turned off since it gives me error/crash haven’t enjoyed this pc since i bought it. Can you please help me? so this past few weeks my PC kept on Crashing or BSOD on random occasion, usually when im Gaming and using Google Chrome. i started noticing this issue after a failed attempt to install Windows 10 new update the cumulative update of windows 10 20H2 Version. i tried to reinstall the update after it failed and it just keep on failing, after that my apps crashing randomly, if i play video games the the game crashed and if i hit play again instead of restarting the pc first i will get a BSOD with MEMORY_MANAGEMENT stop code. same goes if i use Chrome then it crash with "Aw Snap" message and if i refresh the page instead of restarting the PC i will get BSOD again, same goes with other apps like autocad, civil 3d, ect. so ive done some fixin try to fix this issue, those are: using the CMD Promt as Administrator and use sfc /scannow after using that command i got a message saying "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" so next is using the CMD Promt as admin and use Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth again after using that command its still cant fix it, i got "Error: 0x800f081f The source files could not be found" so what i did next is download the windows 10.iso file and use that the sources (install.wim) from the that .iso fle to locate the source with command: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:E:\sources\install.wim /LimitAccess.... but i got the exact same error "Error: 0x800f081f The source files could not be found" using media creation tool 20H2 with USB and boot my PC from the USB then repair my pc and used the CMD Promt there and enter those 2 commands i list above and got the exact same result reset my PC and reinstall windows i tried to reset my pc but somehow i also cant i got "There was a problem resetting your PC, no changes were made" so what i did to "reset" my PC since i cant do it from the windows, was boot again my PC with my USB that has MCT and install windows. then from MCT program i format and delete data from all of my drive partition, and install my windows again. but even i after doing that my PC still BSOD and if i do sfc /scannow system still find corrupted files and still cant be fixed using online method nor offline. did i reset my PC wrong? does it not counted as reseting if i format my PC like what i did before? my friends said that it may be my hardware problems, so i tried to diagnose my RAM stick using windows memory diagnostic tools, and ran 5 times Extended diagnose and windows said that theres no problem found in my RAM. i also check the health of my hard drive using crystalldisk and also found no problems in my HDD. im really lost here, whats wrong with my PC. i need help! and im a total newbie when it come to stuffs like this so please be gentle here is my PC Specs: CPU: Intel Core I7 - 2600K GPU: Gefore GTX 1050 TI RAM: 16 GB DDR3 HDD: 1 TB Seagate Barracuda Mobo: Intel Coorporation h61 OS: Windows 10 Pro (Version: 20H2) PSU: Corsair VS 650

Hello there, my laptop which is a Predator Helios 300 PH315-52 crashes everytime I play a game (Valorant, FIFA 21, Rocket League). Before it used to crash even while using a browser or keeping the laptop idle but after using a chkdsk command on the hard drive and updating a few drivers crashing while idle and browsing got solved but now various bsod occur whenever I game. No dump file is created even after setting it up to create a dump file. I have already formatted the laptop various times from setting and then reset pc, remove everything BSODS : critical process died, unexpected store exception Processor: Intel i7 - 9750H @ 2.60Ghz, 2592 Mhz RAM: 16gb DDR4 GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 HDD: 1tb seagate SSD: 256gb (Windows OS)

I bought a Dell g7 15 7590 from curry's about 3 months ago and it's been fine but about 2 or so weeks ago it started locking up randomly sometimes when doing nothing and sometimes playing games. Since it's pretty much brand new i decided to reset Windows cause I couldn't figure out what was going wrong. Once it reset I went to download all my games again and in about 24 hours I've had this error happen 3 more times. It's still on warranty with currys so if I can't fix it I'll send it to them but I'd like to give it a shot first, any help would be much appreciated.

I have a MSI GV62 8rd gaming laptop and it has been constantly blue screening giving me the error PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA I have tried to run memory diagnostics tests and nothing is working

i have what i would consider a mid-tier pc with only a bit of age on it, 2-4 years. i has the specs to run most of my pc games but, as of recently it wish spontaneously crash after running great for the first 5-10 minutes of the game. Sometimes it just freezes both visual and audio wise, but other times it give me a BSOD with the error code WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. I have reseated all of my components including the mobo and PSU and have had no luck in solving the issue. I have attempted dskchk, adjusting my virtual RAM, my RX580 has the most up-to-date drivers, all of which did nothing either i have no idea what it could be and i dont have alternative parts to switch them out with other than a pretty terrible 1060. What do I do?

Hello, i recently upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8.1. i keep getting a blue screen and its a different message every time, there is no pattern. Ive had: BAD_POOL_HEADER MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and now its SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED is there a reason i keep getting these blue screens? i havent had one that popped up twice. if it matters i used my friends windows 8.1 disk used his key and about a week later i bought windows 10 product key and upgraded from the windows update install software.

On my pc, that i built around a year ago, i get random, BSOD, ALWAYS during a boot up from shut down, or sleep. they have never happened during actual run time. ive gotten the unexpected_store_exception i believe, and the WHEA error. if you need any kind of files just tell me. also if you can, do a step by step of what you need, as the last thing i need, is messing up even more. this PC is fairly new, and all parts work fine so i think its software related. the BSOD only happen once every 3-4 months. any help would be GREATLY appreciated. ive already tried to scan my SSD with my OS to find errors, but it found nothing. my pc is a Maximus VII formula, with a 980 Asus STRIX, with a 2TB SSHD for my games (its a gaming PC) and a 250 Intel SSD for my OS. if you need any info, just ask once again. thanks to everyone that helps!
