I have 20-40 Fps while playing Borderlands 3 with a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, an AMD FX 8300 and 12 gb of ram. I know for a fact that these specs should be enough to run this game with consistent 60 FPS. I used GeForce Experience to optimize my game settings and have tried numerous other things. My GPU is only at 50-60 C, I don't have any Background Programs open and for some reason my GPU usage is only between 30% to 80% (often sitting at 50% to 60%). I have the newest driver for my GPU and the newest drivers for my CPU should already be on my Motherboard (at least that is what I have been told). If anyone has any idea of what I could do I would really appreciate the help. My Clock memory on MSI Afterburner and GeForce Experience is always at 3504 mhz (does not change).

Anytime I attempt to play BL3, My computer starts lagging and chugging around. I currently have an I7 9700k the comfortably runs at around 4.5GHz. Whenever I load up BL3, it drops to 0.79GHz and stays there. My temps aren't going off the wall. It stays between 110f and 130f. It doesn't do it with any other game, especially with the more demanding games. Idk what to do about this. Please help me!

Problem: I've been troubleshooting for a couple of hours now, but I can't seem to find any solution to my problems. There's some weird flashing/shimmering going on with the reflections in the game that are very distracting. I've included a video where you can see the problem + what settings I'm using (settings at 1:12). The problem is especially apparent from 0:46 and onwards. I should also add that my character's eyes go crazy whenever I load up the game and get to the main menu (eyes at 0:06). Specs: OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800x GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Gaming X RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz 16GB MOBO: ROG Strix B450-F gaming PSU: Corsair RM750x Monitor: LG 27GL850 (main) in 1440p with G-Sync on, and BenQ XL2411t (second monitor in portrait). Game is saved on a Corsair Force Series MP510 1TB M.2 SSD. I've updated all of the drivers. I tested the issue without the slight overclocks I had applied to the GPU, but there was no difference. Same goes for switching to DirectX 12. Any advice would be highly appreciated! EDIT : Recorded a shorter video in higher quality. In this example the shimmering is happening on the gun, especially on the part that's projecting the dot for the sight.

my wallet doesnt allow me to be that tech savvy , so any of u guys knowns if this 2 year tower will run borderlands 3? im thinking of changing to a new card and a new cpu but not that sure if my power supply and motherboard will support the recommended specs for bl3 Ryzen 3 1300x b350 tomahawk msi 16gb ddr4 2800mhz ballistix gtx 950 2gb evga 240gb ssd kingston 500 hdd barracuda 7200 rpm corsair cx 430 ****************************** Im thinking on a new gtx 1060 or 1660 for the future and a new ryzen 5 2600x or 3600, or even a 3600x just to avoid having to upgrade in a while but i dont think the board support it since i cant find info about it online, as long as i can play bl3, mk11 and maybe shadow of the tomb raider for the moment ill be happy but not my wallet xd

TL;DR - Why does the security seem so much worse on the Epic Games Store than through Steam or other launchers? How does the Epic Games Store bode for Borderlands 3 and its community? Greetings! I have been getting rather excited for the release of the next iteration of the Borderlands Series, but have been having some negative thoughts about the current standing of the Epic Games Store and its impact on security. Not to even go down the whole list of compiled data by multiple people on the problems with the Epic Games Store, I just stay worried on the current state of security for the launcher in general. I have siblings that use the Epic Games Store, and I personally have gotten emails about attempted logins on my account multiple times until I changed my password completely. I realize that you can enable double authentication, and I have on most platforms, but it shouldn't be the case that you need to have double authentication enabled or your account will be at risk of getting hacked. I may not have used that secure of a password originally, but I have heard from many of my friends and other people that they commonly will receive emails about attempted logins for their accounts as well. What is the difference between the Epic Games Store and other launchers like Steam in regards to security that makes this a problem? Moving onto the topic of Borderlands 3, how does this impact the community behind Borderlands? I know that the move from Steam to the EGS is going to be a rough one at the beginning, as shown by the review bombing of the prequels on Steam warranting Steam removing these reviews. Do you think that there is going to be enough enmity toward the EGS to hurt the community more than it has shown already? I personally believe that if there is a new Borderlands game, enough people are going to want to play it as soon as they can that they are just going to give in and buy it on the EGS. Additionally, I am unsure how bug reporting works in the EGS, as I haven't touched it in quite a while it seems, but how will it impact the quality of life and changes/improvements that can be done to the game in general? I worry for the ability of the players to submit input for the game if there is not a sufficient way to do so. I think that Steam has really nailed it in regards to their current support and social hubs/forums, which are even available in-game through the overlay. On a final note, how long is the EGS going to take to improve enough to actually rival Steam in a user-focused way, if at all it plans to do so?
