Looking at the spec of my Motherboard (the ASRock A88M-ITX/ac) it suggests it can support up to 32GB RAM, but there are only two channels. It only supports Non-ECC RAM but unless I look at unbranded RAM, I'm struggling to find anything that might allow me to use the max RAM on my board. Unless I'm completely misunderstanding something?

My motherboard will not POST please help. I may sound like an old fart but I can assure you I did the following: First I completely powered off the system and removed all components. Second I tried the combination of RAM with nothing but the video card and processor plugged into the motherboard. Third I tried different display ports. Fourth I inspected the motherboard and noticed a bent pin on the underside of the slot that ram plugs into. None of the other pins are touching each other but this bent one now. Could these two pins touching cause my Ram to not be detected? Hi, I recently built a family computer, photo viewing is a big part of its usage. Every Windows photo app except Ms-paint has trouble displaying higher res images about 3.5MB up. The basic specs: Win 8.1 64 bit asus a88xm , driver 1801 a6 7400k at stock clock 8gb 1600 ddr3 see attached for more detailed specs Asus lists a new bios, 2102, but states it's to improve x4 860k stability. Is there anything I should try before a bios flash? thanks, dd

The A88X-G45 Gaming and the A88XM Gaming are new and upcoming motherboards by MSI. I myself have been following these two boards for some time, with my current build on hold until a A88XM can be acquired. I find myself checking daily on a multitude of North American e-tailers hoping to find one in stock or just plain available for purchase. As of 03/17/2014 I have yet to find one. In February I contacted MSI in hopes to find a more concrete time as to when these will be available, they responded with a simple but eluding answer; March. The first e-tailer I found carrying the ATX variant of the line was from Overclockers.UK, it was setting pre-orders for when they received them. Shortly after I have found Newegg the sole source of the A88X-G45 in North America, with an available stock. NCIX of canada has pre-orders available. After a week or so since Newegg posted the A88X I found by searching Google.UK that the A88XM was posted but not available. Box.Co.UK and MoreComputers.com have them listed. My speculation is that within a few weeks as the UK stocks the A88XM the North American e-tailers will follow closely behind. I just wanted to make a page dedicated to the availability of both these boards as to me they are the best gaming motherboards on route for the Kaveri and Carrizo lines. Hi i have a Asus a88mx Motherboard and the A10 7850k APU. (No PCI-E GPU etc Just the APU for Graphics) When using a HDMI to HDMI from my Motherboard to my 32" TV the POST, ASUS loading screen, BIOS and Windows Logo is all off centred to the right cutting about 1/3 off. When using a VGA to VGA on from my Motherboard to my TV or a Monitor the display is correct. I have checked settings on TV/Monitor and in the BIOS. Changing my TV Aspect ratio does nothing but change the aspect ratio while still not being centred. Even in Safe Mode it is off centred and if I change the resolution in the OS the resolution increases but stays off centred.
