I have a similar thing happening, My 980ti will sit at 80% power and at 70-72C while running Unigine Heaven @1080p, even if I tell OC guru 2 to use 100% power and with the thermal limit at 83C. http://i.imgur.com/ZInopeU.jpg

I still have everything from the old boot drive can I get it from there anyway?

Basically I have just change out the CPU/Mobo/RAM and put a new boot M.2 SSD in and have the old boot drive and storage hdd and all the stuff is on there and appears to work fine for the most part but none of the programs are found when doing a search or in the uninstall/change program application, is there a way for me to get windows to detect theses installed programs of do I have to reinstall them for them to show up when searched in the start menu and the uninstall/change programs list

Well I upgraded to windows 10 and my 980 ti was reporting errors for some reason so I reverted back to windows 7 and am about to retry the upgrade which is available for me to do right now, hopefully that answers your question if you revert you can re-upgrade for free I guess until July 29 2016. No idea how many times you will be able to do I would guess as many as you want but I wouldn't bet on it.

I had to register my card on the gigabyte website and then they sent me a code to activate on the Nvidia website which then directly connected to my steam account to activate the game so selling the code probably wont be possible, well you might be able to sell the code you use to activate on the Nvidia website.

I'm think about picking up the New 3DS XL and just want to know what the prices are like, namely the latest Pokemon games. Is it even worth getting games from the eshop, is it even possible in Australia I don't even know? So I'm thinking of replacing my Hyper 212 evo partly because its loud but mostly because I'm pretty sure I got a faulty one that the contact plate didn't get polished but I still used it like a fool (3570k @4.2 80C on prime 95) I'm just wondering if I should bother spending an extra $20 for another fan to go push pull with the Cryorig H5. I chose the H5 because looking at the some video its out performs the hyper 212x which is $5 cheaper but also says it is 36 Db where as the H5 says its 24Db. Hopefully some one sees this in the next 30 minutes or so because that's when I'm ordering parts for something else and need an answer. Edit: just trying to quite down my system a bit with this and I'm hopefully going to pick up a 380x near release and I'm hoping they will have quieter coolers than the Duel-X on my 7970.

Just want to know if a 350W 80+ Gold (Seasonic) PSU will be enough or should I got for a 430W Corsair CX series 80+ Bronze. i5 4460 4tb HDD 8gb RAM 260x CM N200 H81M MB Just need to know weather the 350W PSU will be enough I used a PSU calculator and it said the system should only use about 280W but I just want a second opinion. Thank you it was the system restore points (30GB or so) and the hibernation file (11GB or so) which I don't even use, still had restore points from 2013 doubt I will need those so they are gone and the SSD is back up to 53Gb free with a 16GB page file, do I even need one that big with 16GB of ram?

***SOLVED*** Thanks to the people that suggested the system restore and hibernation files This might just be me being stupid, but can someone explain either why this is happening/how to fix it. My SSD seems to have about 60GB of stuff on it that I cant find no matter how much I search. When I look at how much space is used on the SSD I get this But if I go in to the drive and make it calculate how much all the folders and files add up to I get this The space has gradually been going down over time from it saying it has 60GB of free space to now having 10GB of free space over a period of 2 years and that is after taking stuff of it periodically to free up space and not intentionally installing anything on to it. I ran the same test on my HDD and got the same same type of thing drive properties says 1.04TB used but adding up all files and folders yields a total of 784GB. Is this normal and I'm just stupid or is there something strange going on? Thanks in advance for either calling me out on my stupidity or helping me solve this potential problem.

So I currently have some crappy Thompson modem/router that Telstra sent to me and it is only WiFI B/G compliant. My desktop computer which is connected via ethernet (100Mbps connection) tests at about 0.6-0.7 mbps upload speed. My laptop which I is B/G/N compliant tests at about 0.7-0.8 Mbps. My G2 which has WiFi AC tests up to 1.1 Mbps. all tests done using speedtest.net and Ookla speedtest app Any one know how i can get that speed on my desktop or is there some kind of voodoo magic going on making the speed on my phone so much higher. Download speeds are a similar story with phone being faster than laptop which is slightly faster than desktop(about 7 mbps max download speed). Thanks, Schmittez

I'm having a lot of issues with the game crashing it crashes anywhere from 2 minutes of game play to an hour and a half of game play, I know a lot of other people are having issues to. So if anyone knows a good fix for this it would be great. On a side not I'm pretty sure I have been reading that people have been using ultra textures on cards with 2Gb of Video ram, but my 7970 has been hitting 2.9Gb of Vram used (could be what is causing the crashes). I have everything set to ultra first level of AA cant remember the name and the game runs above 30 for the most part averages 40-50ish running around and about 30-35 when driving with a few drops below 30 but only to about 24 or 25 System Specs: 3570K @4.2 7970 @1000 16Gb 1600Mhz Any info would be good, I might just have to stick it out till they patch it. EDIT: running the game with medium textures and only using 2.4Gb of video memory, game still crashes with the tests I did the game actually ran for the longest on ultra textures so I'm just going to have to deal with it till they patch it. EDIT #2: Turns out as far as I can tell the culprit for the crashes was once again Raptr running max settings bar motion blur, depth of field and only the lowest AA but not off but frame rates were stable for the hour and a half I played temps didnt get much hotter than in the screen shot CPU got to 66C on one core which was the hottest and the GPU got to 71C Thanks, Schmittez hears a screen cap I got just after the game crashed and I alt tabbed out to close it, So I cant see how temps can be a problem.

I would suggest dropping the h110 and get a cheaper air cool and upgrade the cpu to a 8320 or 8350 if possible.
