I am able to get into the X570 aorus master bios and choose which drive to boot into, but as the video shows it doesn't even make it to that point. Windows crashes and I'm not even able to get to the windows creation usb drive. In the video I waited maybe 2 or 3 minutes I think it crashed or froze as nothing happened. https://streamable.com/4qnlz9

Hello and thank you for helping. I followed the instructions to get into windows recovery mode. Which was unsuccessful the keys did nothing. I have uploaded a video of what the computer does. Hello, I deleted the partitions and formated my m.2 SSD and now windows crashes. I was using the iso creation tool from windows T o setup windows and it never completed. During this process the the computer restarted by itself. Now Windows does a crashing loop to where I can't get to the desktop. I just get a brief windows logo and then it'll restart. There is nothing I can do. I've been on calls 4 with Microsoft technical support. I already tried using a usb windows iso and that doesn't work. It wont let me get into windows setup I can not boot into the iso file. Yes, I have the drive formated to ntsf. I am completely stuck. Even when I boot into safe mode doesn't go to desktop. from windows restarting 3 times. All of the options do nothing when I click on the f functions it the screen flickers and nothing happens. I think windows was corrupted and there is no way for me to proceed with fixing windows. I just need to wipe my SSD m.2 drive completely to then boot into window creation tool the USB iso. I am looking for a program that can wipe the m.2 SSD drives completely leaving no trace of windows so that I can install windows with a usb Iso. I would like to download it to a USB and then boot into the USB. I can in no way log into windows desktop or any other option.

I would like to leave closure for people who might be looking. I was tired, from spending all day trying to solve the issue and didn't notice that I had downloaded the bios for another motherboard. Once I had downloaded the right bios it was able to flash with qflash plus. I was then able to go into the bios and update to the latest bios. Please double check the little steps to save major headaches.

Yes I removed only the cpu, gpu, and ram. All other cables like USB headers were plugged in. I could tell the motherboard had power as the audio center on the in the bottom left corner lights up for an instant. I then tried to use qflash plus and it didn't work. I then made sure the ram, gpu, and cpu where installed correctly and there were no like loose fittings or installed improperly.

I agree I got this board because I wanted 3 m.2 drives. I'm calling gigabyte tech support tomorrow and see where to go from there. I have been reading and I don't know if my qplus button is broken( the button is not illuminated or flashes when pressed or held for any duration of time) or doa since I got the motherboard. I have no idea.

Yes I have it plugged into the white USB port. I have all other peripherals disconnected. I removed cpu, gpu and ram. I then tried to flash with qplus held it for 3 seconds, then longer, and finally pressed and released almost instantly(i didn't unplug everything so don't know if that was the issue). The error code on the motherboard is 0d and A6. I looked around the web and people that have upgraded and do not happen to have the latest bios can't post there machine. The 5900x cpu seems to not be recognized. I have no way of getting a 3000 series cpu to update through the bios.

My q flash button could be broken I followed the manuel and I've pressed the button and the qflash button does not blink.

Thank you I have read through that. I have a question. I know it doesn't say to disconnect cpu gpu and ram. I watched a tutorial and it said to remove all of them. I also reformatted the USB flash drive and made sure it is fat32 and it is named exactly like in the instructions. Should I reconnect ram, gpu and cpu? I also pressed the q flash button but the light doesn't flash or turn on or anything.

Yes I have read the user manual but I can't find where it says updating the bios without a cpu.

Hello, I am currently building my pc and I ran into a problem. I just bought a new ryzen 5900x( I am trying to install right now) cpu and I had a 3900x which I sold. I didnt update the bios, as the 5900x was not released at the time and there was no support for it at the time. I have a new cpu and gpu The problem is that I cant make the pc post. I had everything installed and tried to boot, but there was no video signal. I tried hdmi and display port on the monitor. I have a strong feeling it has to do with the bios not being updated. I think it doesn't reconise the cpu so it won't post. I removed the cpu ram and gpu as there was a tutorial on YouTube that said the master motherboard has to be empty for it to post. I can rule out ram and motherboard issues i made sure both worked. I was having issues with it about a year ago and I know it isn't anything wrong with them.

Hello I need help finding ram that's optimized for ryzen cpu I need 32gb of ram. I have an aorus x570 master and a ryzen 3900x. I'm running the ram at stock speed 2133. I have not changed the speed. I played fortnite for 4 hours and it worked perfectly, but other games can't get past a certain point they crash after 5 minutes. Im able to go through the opening cinamatics but crash as I begin playing. It doesn't let me get past a certain point. I mean that the time it crashes is arbitrary there isn't really a specified time. I've ran the games in safe mode as windows recommended as it has a prompt that says the game didn't close properly. It plays in windowed and lowest settings. I've tried compatibility mode(windows 8 only). I've tried running the game as administrator. I tried maybe changing the orientation of the ram to see if maybe it was the slot. The problems still happen. There are videos where the person states a "fix" for the game and still it doesn't work(different settings or reinstalling things).

I'm doing a complete wipe and installing windows fresh. The ram is at 2133 mhz(without xmp), should I try and lower even further. I don't know how to do that, but I'll try. I've monitored the temps of the cpu and it doesn't get hot to the point where its damaging at least. when playing fortnite a medium load i would say the temps are good should i run a cpu stress test and see if that might be a problem?
