  1. Just had another BS here was the error message: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT-HANDLED (bwcW8x64sys) Thoughts?
  2. AnnoyedShelf - no my CPU isnt overclocked. Honestly the both issues are just large inconveniences - I'm concerned that I might have not wired the power/reset buttons correctly. I know that's not related to the blue screen, but is that a possibility?
  3. Problem description 1): I press the power button, then my PC shows bios information before attempting to boot into windows 8 (it half loads) then the screen goes dark. I then press my restart button and am successfully able to boot windows and use my PC. Problem description 2): I'll be surfing or playing games and everything is just fine, then I get a blue screen error. I'm not certain if it is hardware related, but I've posted my specs below Specs: CPU: AMD A10-7850K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor ($159.99 @ Newegg) CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($99.99 @ Newegg) Motherboard: MSI A88X-G45 GAMING ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($108.99 @ Newegg) Memory: G.Skill Trident X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory ($86.99 @ Newegg) Storage: Samsung 840 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($85.98 @ Newegg) Case: Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case ($69.99 @ Newegg) Power Supply: Corsair RM 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($109.99 @ Newegg) Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro - 64-bit (OEM) (64-bit) BIOS version: I'm running whatever came with the MB - I tried to update online, but then was unable to connect, so I reverted back to the CD that came w/ the MB. Software that I run during blue screens: Google chrome and WoW, or just chrome exclusively Thanks for the help!
  4. @Gachr nope, I'm really simple when it comes to gaming.
  5. @AlwaysFSX I was planning on reusing an old Dell XPS case - but am open to suggestions!
  6. Hi, saw the youtube channel and thought this would be the place to get advice! 1. Budget and Location - $950 USD (this can go upward, but I'd like to try and keep this price point.) 2. Aim - Twofold: (1) I'd like to be able to play StarCraft II/WoW on high settings & (2) want enough power to plow through multiple excel files that are large... 3. System must be able to support 3 monitors (2 Samsung S24D360s & most likely a dell P2314H). 4. I have all peripherals, so no need for recommendations here. 5. I need a PC that can last me a while and allow me to switch gears from work/gaming. Additionally, I want to be able to swap out parts, room for growth and such. Other notes: I've already purchased 2 Samsung EVO 840 120gb SSDs so they aren't included in the budgeted price - although it would be nice if the rig came in below budget. Thanks!
