    you'll never have enough VRAM i would LOVE my GTX780 to have 4GB...what about the R9 290 i have seen come cards going for very good deal where it was not much more than a 280x but the 290 is the new hawaii board which is VASTLY superior to the old one: Benchmarks R9 280X vs R9 290:

    I would love to have a 600+W PSU and no, I'm not going to overclock anything, the CPU is locked and if I get the R9 290 I don't think that I'll need to overclock.

    Just the monitor, it's 60Hz, with this setup you're able to run games at a lot more fps so I would recommend a "gaming" monitor with 120+Hz
