So the issue of the RAM was apparently "msconfig.exe" automatically changed the limit while I was using System Restore in Safe Mode. I formatted my entire HDD and reinstalled Windows 7. Everything is working normally and accordingly now, thank you guys for trying to help!

I have reseated my RAM, when I boot up system recommended for a startup repair. I accepted and now I am stuck at this very long attempting repair screen.

The BSOD only appeared 0.5 second and it disappeared, that is how I keep getting bootloop. I am currently trying to fix why my RAM is acting such way.

I booted my PC when I woke up today and it repeatedly gave me Bluescreen. As I am typing I somehow manage to get into System Restore and restore my windows. After system restore I had a blank black screen after the welcome screen I can only see my mouse cursor, I repeatedly pressed Shift to open up Sticky Keys and I am able to access my Desktop now. BUT somehow when I opened up my Task Manager I am only using 270MB of RAM while I have 8GB installed in my system. I do not have a spare Desktop/Laptop to fix this but my android device, please help.

I'm using Android, which is laggy and I kept pressing the wrong button. Sorry

My processor is Intel i3 3220 3.2GHz and my RAM are 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz, 300W won't be enough. Thanks anyway.
