  1. This is the comment I got from another website, I have a Maximus VII Hero , I don't know what to look for in the manual
  2. Hi, I just bought new ram to replace my old ram because it was discontinued... My old ram was Corsair Vengeance Pro ddr3 2x4gb for 8gb @2133hz My new ram is Corsair Vengeance Pro ddr3 2x8gb for 16gb @2133hz if I wanted to add that extra 8gb of ram, would it be safe? The only difference is the product code because it's 16gb and not 8gb... It might be useless but I would just like to know if that is a possible option that is safe to try and/or use... Thank you
  3. I finished building my brand new PC a few hours ago, I'm just finished installing all my drivers, windows updates, etc. onto my SSD... What I'm trying to do is transfer all the files and programs, whatever.. that I have on my old HDD onto my new HDD... How exactly am I supposed to do that? I only want certain programs and stuff, not windows... Any help for a newbie?
  4. Can you explain me more in depth about that? I'm confused haha... Is it really an extension cable that i'm supposed to use or there's something else? If not, what do you mean? I have to plug the default cables to the PSU then plug my extensions into the default THEN plug the extensions into the components? Sorry if i'm stupid, lol

  6. Do you mind giving me the specific names of the cables if it's not too much to ask? I'm really bad anything cables related... I didn't learn much about them. Is that one of them? http://www.performance-pcs.com/bitfenix-atx-24pin-extension-cable-30cm-red-black-sleeve.html EDIT: http://www.performance-pcs.com/special-bitfenix-essentials-pro-pack-atx-24pin-eps-8pin-2x-pci-e-6pin-set-red-black.html ???
  7. Do you mind giving me links of Black&Red 24-pin, 8-pin EPS and 2 6-pins? I don't wanna get the wrong stuff... and actually, anything that isn't visible doesn't have to be individually sleeved but anything visible (left side of the case) is a must
  8. This is my current build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/7jLYqs I'm wanting to switch the default cables of all the components to Black&Red individually sleeved cables but I have no clue which ones will work for my components... can someone help me out? I'm no expert in cables. This is what they look like: http://i.imgur.com/oUjHA1t.jpg(This is not my build)
  9. I've watched it about 4-5 times already, lol... I still don't know if I should do Push/Pull or not... it only costs around 30-40 bucks more lol
  10. Would it work to just do SP120 Push/Pull for the H105? Corsair Air 540 has filters in front so I can indeed use either AF140x2 or AF120x3 as intake in the front. (I'm off to bed, then work... I will reply tomorrow)
  11. Would that work? http://www.amazon.com/HitLights-Multicolor-Changing-SMD5050-Light/dp/B005QGBV7E There's this too: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811997052 but comparing the prices I'd rather go with the first option... I want enough length especially with the case I'm gonna get. (I'm off to bed, then work... I will reply tomorrow)
  12. I could always do this instead... Ahah, sorry... I thought you were talking about two different things by the way you said it.
  13. I meant SP-140's for my H110 not AF-140s I need SP-140's but there isn't any with red rings... only LEDs. This is ruining my plans lol EDIT: I'll probably just get the H105 instead... I WANT RED RINGS. LOL.
  14. Okay, so basically... this? B-But... There's no SP140 with red rings... only LEDs
  15. I'm doing a black & red build and I need the red rings that come with those SF/AF120/140s
