  1. Can you try plugging the computer to a different room?
  2. I got the adapter a few days ago thinking it will solve my connection issues I have with my controller and bluetooth on my pc, but alas, it has it's own issues. For some reason, when I start the controller wirelessly, first few minutes it behaves erratically. The white logo often blinks occasionally to looking a little bit dim, while the controller inputs stops registering every other input. After a few minutes, weirdly enough it fixes itself. After restarting or turning my computer on again, I get this issue returns. I tried the following: Updating controller firmware Trying multiple different USB ports Use USB extension cable for a clear Line of Sight (which doesn't improve anything for me) I returned the adapter for a another one, same issue. One possible issue is due to mismatch of wireless channel? I got my series controller for US but my adapter is packaged for Asia. I am not sure if that could be an issue. I don't have an asian series controller to test it out.
  3. I went to the motherboard and loaded optimized defaults, but kept the XMP 1 profile for the memory. Now I did a Cinebench test and it is much better, stays at around 78C to 80C tops. Also I don't see much in a change of frequency across all the cores during the test.
  4. Corsair RAMs went well with my all-round Corsair build theme I was going for. Also it cost me about 150 USD so it wasn't that bad.
  5. I heard that dude. The vendors over here told me most partner boards have mounting issues, only a couple of outliers like Asus boards have different design (or similar to older ones) which makes it a non issue. I am using Asus TUF D4 Z690.
  6. Hello, Its been forever I upgraded to a new computer but yesterday was the day, I am still pretty excited. Here are my specs: -12700k -32GB Corsair Dominator RAM -H150i elite cappilex cooler -Corsair 4000x case This is the first time I went with a liquid cooling and so I have no experience what kind of thermals to expect. I tried to test the worst cast scenario with cinebench multi-threaded test. My thermals reached as high as 88C and package temperature (not sure what that is) even more during the test. Isn't it way too high for this kind of setup? I saw some review and saw people in the 70 to 78C mark. Thank you
  7. I have a small space by the window where I want to keep my displays, however there isn't enough space for two monitors as well as my rig. Also due to the climate in where I live, the exhaust from the machine can get a little too hot for comfort around my desk. I am hoping to keep my rig 5 to 10 feet away from my computer. Is it possible? What should I use and I how should I plan it? I only have a wireless mouse. Thank you
  8. Wow it looks neat as well. Thank you. Do you have it installed at the back of your rig or at the front?
  9. I got one for from Kinvo for my DS4, the problem is my DS4 loses signal if there is any kind of obstruction between the dongle and the controller, say like a chair or a person standing in between. I am not sure if this is due to my dongle or some other problem. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good dongle for my DS4, one which hopefully won't lose connection when there is obstruction. I don't know why I don't have this issue with my PS4. Thank you
  10. Also the monitor shows display in safe mode and during boot. As soon as it crosses Windows, it remains blank. This monitor worked fine on my GTX 970 before..
  11. This is my monitor: https://www.samsung.com/us/business/support/owners/product/p2370-series-p2370/ Doesn't look like there is a driver for Windows 10.
  12. I seem to have a weird issue here. I have an old Samsung 1080p monitor. When I installed windows with default drivers, it worked fine. However as soon as I install any gpu driver from AMD (RX 580) or Intel (core i5 4th gen), it stops displaying my output. I tried with both the amd and intel outputs, same issue. Safemode works and monitor shows display. I tried with another monitor and that works with the latest drivers. I am thinking it is some sort of a handhshake issue between the monitor and the computer, maybe some weird refresh rate or resolution it goes for as soon as I attach the samsung monitor. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you
