AFeralKitten's Achievements

  1. Thank you so much
  2. You got it mate, I'm just really lazy
  3. Currently I have to unplug the DSL cable to RDP once connected I can plug the DSL cable back in. So therefor disabling the connection is useless. I want to set something like this Chrome = DSL RDP = WiFi
  4. I have a Dell Latitude E5430 (Windows 7 64-Bit Enterprise) on a dock with a DSL cable plugged into the dock. WiFi is connected to a separate corporate network. I'm running into problems when I RDP to the SCCM server, almost like the DSL is overriding the WiFi domain connection. I was curious if you can set a program to use a specific network connection? Or if there is a Thrid-Party program that is not in windows? Thanks friends!
  5. Looks good, I will go with this one. Thanks mate!
  6. I'll give you a bit of background on myself. Lower Class family, Mom+Dad in debt, Just out of high school. Nailed a sweet ass job at Rolls-Royce as a desktop engineer because I have MTA Security and Networking fundamentals. Moved out of moms house About a month ago and the rig I have now took me 2 years in high school to save up to get the parts. Because of this job I make 22.50$/Hr and can afford a new upgrade. I was an enthusiast while i was a kid and now I am an enthusiast with a pay check every two weeks. TL;DR I was poor, Now I have steady income. I'm overclocking the shit out of everything
  7. I though the H81 Mobo's are not over overclockable? Is that true?
  8. PSU Ofc but what would you recommend in the other areas? Lets say I have a 750Watt PSU.
  9. Current Specs: AMD FX8320 @ 4.2GHZ Stable CM HYPER 212 Evo GTX 650 Ti MSI 2GB 8GB G.Skill 1600 MHZ OCZ Vertex 2 120GB SSD, 1TB WD Blue Some crap dell 350 Watt PSU (Traded a friend that needed an 8-pin CPU connector that my old PSU had) I run 2 displays on @1080 and the other @720_ Location is Ohio, USA If I save up I can spend around 450-500$ a month for upgrades I could spend more but my rent is outrageous I heard Intel is the way to go but not sure if I should wait for SkyLake or nah. TL;DR What should I upgrade first? Then so on and so forth.
  10. I have the 8320 clocked at 4.2GHZ stable with around 50C load temps. I'm actually in the process of a new Intel build, however I heard that "broadwell" (I think) is coming soon. I don't really edit that much but when I do the render speed when saving to my SSD is just incomparable to my locked i5-3340. I wish the 8320 preformed better in games but as I said I built my FX rig for about 350$-400$.
  11. Make sure "Cool n' Quite" mode is disabled. When I first OC'ed that was the mistake I was making.
  12. If you have an 8320 with the stock cooler and stock volts, that's just fine. Mine ran about that hot before I OC'ed and got a new cooler. Right now I have a CM 212 Evo and 8320 @ 4.3GHZ stock volts stable. I would highly suggest to get a new CPU cooler and OC'ed that thing.
  13. I work as a Desktop Support Technician at a major engineering company. We had a user come in with an issue with his laptop and for sake of the businuess we swapped his HDD and put it into another machine. Lets get to the point, we "threw away" his old machine as it has a dead LCD and we don't have spares of this model. This laptop has a dedicated GPU so during my lunch break I ran a cinebench on the processor. I for sure thought it was going to score pretty decent for a laptop as its specs are: i5 4200M 16GB 1600MHZ Nvidia Quadro K4100M However the CPU scored a 25 while I couldn't run the OpenGL test. Any ideas why it scored so low? Or does this laptop just suck?
  14. It is a PCI-e Sorry about the confusion
  15. How do you guys feel about USB 3.0 PCI controllers? I'm thinking about picking a 4 port one up today because I currently only have 2 USB 3's. I guess what I am asking is, Do you have one? Pros and cons? Should I spend the 40$ or should I just suck it up and get a new case? I don't need a new case and I'm quite happy with the one I have. Thanks in advance!
