So iv recently got a " broken " headphone ( The male jack cables were riped apart because the previous owner used the cable to detach the female jack ) and done a tear down of the headphone till I got the dynamic drivers out . fiddled with them a bit . And then I saw the copper coiling inside of it and it got me wondering : does the coiled copper alloy inside of the dynamic driver make a difference than the other alloys out there ? As in do they make the sound better or change how the headphone sounds ? For example , I am building a headphone and picked dynamic drivers as the choice , and instead of choosing coiled copper I would choose something else than cooper , like gold ( for example ) and by doing this , i am thinking this will alter the sound in a way , is this possible ?

yeah I get what you mean . Im not THAT crazy to start big right off the bat . Ill just creat a few prototypes in my garage ( the ghetto way to start a business ) and then slowly start climing . no I was serious , and I was going to give out the proze to the winner . And yes I know design efrects the audio and so on . I and the hardware team and the designer will work in collabe in some stages in the process of the product.

Did you know that KIBISI , a design team works with the audio company AIAIAI ?! See my plan is to have a design person or a team that works on the looks and feels while achiving the goal of the company . And leaving the design to the person , I or a team can considerate on the specs and hardware and sound .

well my plan was to make the cheap products in china , the high end stuff will be built in here at Finland , parts will be obtained or made in ireland or other country in europe . But ofcores im not going to do the " hand crafting " from the get go , start with small products , build them in in china and slowly , start to make mid quality headphone with CNC . Onec the company reaches a degree of growth , I will jump start hand making the high end stuff .

if AIAIAI can hold its own , I can so do to . And yes this is why I have 4 lines of headphone products . You pick the one witch we or the company suggest on using in the genre . And how do we surtify that the headphone is for that genre , why the company will colabe with small time artists .

My companys name is going to be Pure Audio Masters . The goal is to design the headphone and the cable with dragon scale brading . 3 individual cables withh be braded together .in to one male jack . I ( hopefully we ) will have 4 lines . Bass , mids , highs and studio . Bass is like the beats generation esck . Loads of bass but to mutch to drawn out the mids and highs . Mids is like for the guitar players . There will be bass but to mutch . Mids will be considered more than other lines . High for vocal use only and only alone , for hearing ever single sound that the mouth makes. Bass will fall short and the mids will be decent , but the highs will be the objective on that particular line. Studio is a flat sound signature . Only on studio and stidio alone . Iv put a branch system in place . Some headphones will target pesific genres . EMD House rock ect . Buisssnes wise is to put the customer a head of our selfs or the company . And for marketing , the design will attract people and the look of the cable . I or we will open a webstore and place orders from there . Next , we will manufacturer the cheap products in China , the high end will be hand made in finnland . But ofcores we can not start hand making it straight away . I or we will start from small in ears to over ears . And the dragon scale brading wont be the starting point , I or we will add it in the " upcoming products " . See I DO HAVE A PLAN . ones I or we design the prototypes , and go from alpa to omega , we will search for materials that suits the costomer and us . Find a manufacturer in china and start from there . The funding will be planned out or told in detail IF you agree to join me and start up .
