I saw on Steam,TES V Skyrim only need 6GB HDD Space Requirement. But real game size is 12GB. So what the real use of "HDD Space Requirement" ? Is it will increase FPS? Or maybe reduce Lag/Loading time? Or the Load time? Please help

Thanks everyone. How about FX-8320 vs Phenom II 980 I already have the Phenom II 980 Is it worth for me to upgrade my cpu to FX? Or its better i upgrade my GPU to R9 270X? I never use my PC for Workstation/Rendering Always used for gaming like CSGO,DOTA2 or with GTA V
