My budget is 650$ at max 700$ and I will be using it entirely for gaming. I'm looking to play most game at 1080p at mid to high settings ( games like gta 5, No man's sky and big games like that.) Games cost alot more for ps4, with steam summer sale you spent alot less money.

I would go for the pc, as it will give you more time to enjoy and will re-make its money that you spent. I own a ps4 too, I love it. But Pc is better, trust me
