The mute button is not pressed, I even directly put it in the stuff, and volume is full 100

yeah, I bought it at canada computers, and it was final sale, so i wish I can get it replaced.

what is RMA? and also yes, it's in the right jack, and yes the mic is not muted. Not only that, i checked it by not even using the volume switch attachment to test it

So, I have bought the HyperX cloud because it was on sale and the speaker side was working fine and dandy. But when i plugged in the mic, it's just not picking up anything. It says it reads and and detects it, but it just not picking up anything. I did everything out there, the volume adjuster, it's all up. Different headjack, nope. Sound setting, did everything there, it didn't work. Please anyone there has any way to fix it, please tell me. I was also thinking of exchanging it too.
