Debating whether to get a 3GB 1060 for 250€ or wait for the prices of 6GB 1060s to drop (currently 100€ more expensive than the 3GB model). Intel HD 4600 sucks. ?

    It's dead anyway. Pandalf doesn't have tools to re-solder it properly. Might as well get additional month or so of use

    He has exactly same issues including line placement as many other boards with the same PCB.

    If he has an option to get it fixed for a decent price then yeah, sounds like good idea.

    It's either dead VRAM or cracked solder joints on the GPU or VRAM modules. I saw a few 7970/280X with the exact same problem, but no one reported baking worked.
