When I press play on steam for GTA IV, social club log in screen comes up. I tried pressing play and it would authenticate my account but nothing happens afterwards and tried press play offline but it says I need to log in.

I tried playing GTA IV recently but can't play it. I made an account with social club, but I still can't play and offline does not work. any help

Is it useless to get an external DAC and AMP if you already have a sound card in your system?

Thanks. -edit- I tried using msi after burner and made a profile with a custom fan curve. But it still goes up to 50% whenever I turn on my desktop. I checked off msi to start whenever windows boot up and stuff.

Whenever I turn on my desktop, I have to manually reduce the speed of the gpu fan with speed fan. What can I do about this fan?

Doesn't work like that. When you're selecting your games, you have to select three games in order to move onto the next process.

I bought an amd 7970 and got the never settle bundle code. The thing is I only want to claim one game for now and save the other two games for later. Is there a way to do this?

I recently built a new desktop and picked the corsair 650D for my case. The front in take fan is a stock 200mm fan and it's really loud. How can I reduce the the noise level the fan is outputting? I tried going to my motherboard bios and changed the settings for the fan to silent and tried downloading Speedfan but neither are reducing the noise level. I do not want to buy a fan controller and I am considering using the in built case fan controller. But I don't want to add more cables to my psu and case. Suggestions? Thanks.
