  1. Hello sir, I did like the specs, but this of course doesn't include the monitor, which is also needed under the given budget, since I'll be running a single mid range GPU, don't you think 600W PSU is enough? anyway, if you could provide another system, including a monitor this time, it'd help and I might just finalize that.
  2. Getting a computer for $740 for my friend, the main purpose is to digital paint and play games in at least mid-high settings. So I'm aware that it wouldn't be too possible to get something like that in such small budget, I might get a mid range GPU later on, for now suggest the whole system with everything else under this budget, just except the GPU! I'll get the system, the next day after finalizing it according to what you all suggest. (Online Shops to see the availability of the parts : Amazon.in / Flipkart.com / Snapdeal.com / Primeabgb.com = Indian Merchants 1 USD = 67 INR) Thank you!
  3. Oh no, the rig and other specs are for rendering and what not but I still game a lot, like I said I've been playing Rainbow Six Siege (Also would play The Division as I've pre ordered it and maybe another Battlefield coming out this year if that happens to be a good one this time, over all, I'm about gaming too, into latest interesting games) since its release date, and one thing I really find unsettling about my monitor is its reflective screen first of all, whenever I'm looking from outside the building, it's dark and shows my own face on top of that, now I'm just thinking if I do get a gaming monitor, I might spend some for G-Sync with it, whichever's cheap yet a good G-Sync monitor, you guys could suggest me something like that. As I said, I'm going for an NVIDIA Pascal GPU next after its release. Edit : Would like to know if the choice to go with Acer XB270HU is good enough? this one is something I found it here on an online retail shop
  4. So this Computer that I've got for myself, is a year and half old. My sepcs are :- CPU : Intel Core i7 4770k Ram : 16 GB 1866MHz (Kingston HyperX) Cabinet : Cooler Master 690 III CPU Cooler : Corsair H100i GTX Graphics Card : ASUS GTX 780 DC2OC 3GB Monitor : Dell S2240L 21.5" IPS Display Motherboard : Asus Z97-A PSU : Corsair CX600 I'm going to upgrade my GPU after waiting for the new NVIDIA's Pascal series, and I'm also going to be upgrading my PSU with that, those are compulsory changes to me, even Rainbow Six Siege lags a to some level with this build now, when I go all ultra, also I'm doing the Animation/3D Modeling with it. So please do suggest a good gaming monitor, most preferred NVIDIA G-Sync supported but a cheap one, not as expensive as Asus PG279Q but I guess PG278Q might work? that range is, I guess, okay for me. But then again I dont know much about the models here, so you guys would have to help me with that, I was just looking at BenQ's XL2420G a while ago, looked pretty good to me. Also if you think I wouldn't be needing G-Sync and it isn't a necessary requirement then yeah, I can go for some other suggestions without G-Sync too. Let me know of all the possible options, the budget for the monitor can be about 700-800 USD for me (to the max).
  5. Alright, now I'll wait for a suggestion for some gaming monitor... If anyone knows about the displays a lot, and if I am to get ROG SWIFT PG278Q instead of PG279Q, am I missing on a lotta things or does it not make a huge difference? since its also available here in India, and at least not as expensive as PG279Q of course when it has G-Sync support, If BenQ and/or Acer/AOC models are available bringing the same quality but much cheaper than Asus when compared, do let me know about them too.
  6. So if you have a look at this http://www.amazon.in/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=seasonic or this http://www.flipkart.com/search?q=seasonic&as=off&as-show=off&otracker=start Which one would you suggest from these? that's what's available here for me. an 850W or 750W looks good there. But I dont know much about the series/model there.
  7. Okay, lets say this that I might go for 2 GPUs... I "might" Also, EVGA products aren't most of the times available in India, so I'm outta luck there. If some website imports it then yeah, if not, then I gotta stick with my old buddy Corsair or maybe Seasonic if that's good. Edit : Just checked, the EVGA one isn't available here in India, as expected.
  8. So this Computer that I've got for myself, is a year and half old. My sepcs are :- CPU : Intel Core i7 4770k Ram : 16 GB 1866MHz (Kingston HyperX) Cabinet : Cooler Master 690 III CPU Cooler : Corsair H100i GTX Graphics Card : ASUS GTX 780 DC2OC 3GB Monitor : Dell S2240L 21.5" IPS Display Motherboard : Asus Z97-A PSU : Corsair CX600 Now about what I do want to upgrade in it is PSU as I'was going to upgrade my GPU to replace the GTX 780 with GTX 980Ti but then I decided to wait for a few months for the new NVIDIA'S Pascal series. Now whatever GPU I'm getting next, its for sure that I have to upgrade my PSU for that, my roommate has Corsair RM750, he wants me to get the same product, says it'll be better, so what do you people say about that? Next is a good monitor when I get a good GPU, initially I was about to go for a G-Sync Monitor but damn those beasts are expensive as all hell, so I might not go with those ones, a good 24 - 27" Monitor, something like Asus VG248QE? or that same model is okay if not some other one in that price range? (But still, add one G-Sync monitor for the suggestion in side, I might get it later on if my dad gets ready for it and if it's required for me) Whatever you guys suggest, with reasons as to why is that choice better for me... Also, I don't just do Gaming, I am studying 3D Modeling and Animation, though the education provided here in India for that field is poor, so I'm leaving the institute and decided to go do self study for it, learning through internet and what not. So yeah, maybe it might work and help me with that too. Thanks! =))
  9. Okay, well, thanks all of you to let me know about it and confirm it that the pump is indeed dead now. I'd be getting a new H100i then, hope this time it doesn't fuck up. Is there a really big difference, performance-wise between H100i and H110i? The 110 is really expensive for me though. But I just might consider it if it's more durable or something, as this one just died without a solid reason, the PC was just off for 10 days is all.
  10. Really, this computer won't be running for too long right now, my H100i's temperature is growing and CPU's even more because of that, First I've started my PC after 10 days because I was out on holidays now when I did, it shows me "CPU Fan error, press F1 for Setup" The only way to be able to start my PC is to ignore the error, I've tried the lowering down the RPM thing and everything in the BIOS, nothing works. When I did turn it on, and through Link, I can see that my pump's dying or something or is it dead already? Do I really need to go for an RMA? I live alone and I dont have any other PC to use it on to check if it works on some other PC. Please look at the picture, tell me if I can get it started some way. Specs : i7 4770K H100i Asus Z-97-A Motherboard Asus GTX 780 DC2OC Seagate Barracuda 2 TB HDD + 128 GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD. Got this rig done by a gentleman on this forum about a year and half ago! I love the computer, just get this problem solved, if its something that needs to be sent for RMA, I'd do that too. I just dont wanna waste time so I've gotta hurry, got my assigments pending, I do rendering and stuff.
  11. Great, and I'm getting a new phone too, hehe so yeah, I think I'll be able to do that build log thingy.
  12. Hello sir, Long time no see... But I didnt actually build this beast yet, my classes rescheduled so, I've waited...and the good thing is, your suggested motherboard is here. This was what you suggested, right? http://www.amazon.in/Z97-A-ASUS-LGA1150-Socket-Motherboard/dp/B00K80MMJ4/ref=sr_1_6?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1405237227&sr=1-6&keywords=z97 I think I'm getting it other specs are same. I'm moving today, so I'll build this PC in a few days now.
  13. I would...if I could... But I'm tight on the budget coz of getting a new gaming PC worth 1700$ and I might not save up to that much for 2-3 months now, and I dont need that much anyways, so I will go with Zenfone 4 or Moto E or any other brand if its under 120$
  14. Check it out here. www.asus.com/Phones/ASUS_ZenFone_4/
  15. Umm, yes, actually am not looking for gaming on phone. I am building a gaming beast (PC) lol, so yeah... I just need a few important application and a bit fun, other than that, I just want to hold an Android in my hand, because it'll be my first Android, For 3 years, am using Samsung Wave 525. Its time to change now.
  16. Oh the above link, was for you... but Zenfone's Battery isn't removable, I heard.
  17. http://www.flipkart.com/mobile/compare?ids=MOBDVHC6XKKPZ3GZ,MOBDXZ9WSEHHVSHA,MOBDXZ9WK66UQZ3J Check this link out, am considering the 2nd Zenfone (6999 Rs.)
  18. Please suggest a nice Smartphone under the given budget. I'm guessing either Moto E (http://www.motorola.in/Moto-E/moto-e-in.html) or Asus Zenfone 4 (http://www.fonearena.com/asus-zenfone-4-a450cg_5458.html) What do you guys think?
  19. Cool then, I've found that Motherboard on Amazon India... so, I'll go with those, and if I find Z97-A or anything else in upcoming week first or second of June, if that'll be available by then, I'll go with that one.
  20. Yes, I know about the "same card" thing, I was saying that maybe I would SLI the card like 2x 780 or maybe 2 cards of 800 Series in future. and Okay, I will not go for that motherboard...but the problem is I can not find a Z97-A on any Indian online stores or local ones, so, How about MSI Z97 Gamer 5?
  21. Thanks for the help guys! Noctua NF-P12 it is then! I've found it on Amazon.in and Flipkart also. Plus I've found Corsair SP120 also... But since the majority is for "Noctua NF-P12", I guess I'll go with those.
  22. Okay, sir, One thing...a guy just suggested me this Z97 motherboard that is really cheap and says its really good one in the price :- MSI Z97 GAMING 3 Motherboard. The thing is, on MSI's official site, it says :- This. "Multi-GPU • Supports 2-Way AMD CrossFire™ Technology* * Supports Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1. " So, I was asking, as it only says "AMD CrossFire" does that mean NVIDIA SLI won't be possible on this board? Its just me getting confused as there isn't anything mentioned about NVIDIA/NVIDIA SLI on this page, since am going with NVIDIA GTX 780 and I can SLI 780/780Ti or some other NVIDIA card in future.
  23. Thank you so much, sir! I'm definitely going for this motherboard then, as I was looking for a Z97 board for 2 days already but didn't find it on other Indian online stores. =))
  24. So, I'm going to build a new PC With Corsair H100i CPU Cooler... I've heard its stock fans are a lot noisy on full load or something, I want any of you guys to suggest me some better quiet fans for H100i, From the sites given below :- 1. http://www.amazon.in/ 2. http://www.flipkart.com/ 3. http://www.snapdeal.com/ 4. http://www.primeabgb.com/ (Local stores are shit, not enough stuffs available and I can not order from outside India, it costs 190-200$ just for shipping, which is insane) Thanks!!!
  25. Looks cool and neat, so I'll have to attach the H100i in the front, right?...as top allows only 1x140mm. Will consider this one too. Waiting for as many suggestions as I can get in this thread, lets see, I still have time until 1st or 2nd week of the June to get all the stuffs and start building.
