  2. Tried that, and all of it is showing fine on computer but when it plays on my phone it skips terribly.
  3. Im an ex Iphone user just trying out android for the first time and im getting used to it pretty easy, but one thing I can not figure out and have been working on for hours is how to use my own ringtone for it. Id really like to use a song I have on Rhapsody and ive downloaded a few apps like ringtone maker and they really cant do anything, I tried importing MP3s off my computer but they kept coming out like a scratched CD for some reason, can anyone help me with this?
  4. OH, and Idk if this is affecting it but im also running a RAM disk at 8gbs (not much I know, or I think at least, I dont know what im doing honestly) and its made to store specifically google chrome temp files.
  5. Im having a problem where steam will download something and the download completes instantaneously but then continues to take hours to actually "write to disk" as it says, I have a western Digital 1tb Black harddrive in my computer, is there a reason its taking hours to write 28mb worth of downloads? I really dont understand why its doing this.
  6. Certainly not rolling in cash lol < ive heard about hte whole devils Canyon thing, I dont think id have the choice on getting it before then either way, but Im glad im heading in the right direction. when I had originally got this machine, I went with a 200 dollar AMD card, which was alright for gaming, but when I wanted to move on to three or four screens it wasnt too happy with me, so I went ahead and bit the bullet on the graphics card, not thinking about the CPU at all. My video editing isnt really heavy, just basic stuff, I have Gimp and a borrowed version of Adobe Premiere I got from a friend who had a spare copy, So I may stick to the 4770K, I hear a lot of people talk about getting two or more graphics cards but so far my 780Ti "superclocked" kicks some butt, while I may only get 30 frames on AC4 on three screens with tip top settings, 30 honestly doesnt bother me, and I can get a bit higher if I change the settings to high.
  7. So I recently built a computer, and it runs great and everything, ive got four monitors running, I can run three in Nvidia Surround. The Question I have is, will getting a better CPU help my computer with what I currently have? ive been pondering on whether or not it would be worth it, because Id have to get a new Mobo and CPU, which for what im looking at would be a good bit expensive. but either way, my specs now are: Amd A10 6800k, MSI A78M motherboard, 16 gigs of RAM, 1000 Watt Power supply 80+ Gold Certified, and a GTX 780TI from EVGA My current board isnt very good with overclocking so I plan on getting one that is very good with it, something thats more automated than anything since im not big into that part of building yet (just started a few months back) but Im wondering if I should move on to an I7=4770K or a 4930K, not sure if I need those extra cores though. what do you guys think? if you need anymore info Id be happy to give it, just really looking for opinions here. I do mostly gaming but also a little bit of photo and video editing.
  8. Id like to have a 1080 screen but with this just being for quick patch jobs and such I could probably go without, Ill definitely check out that laptop, still open to more suggestions as well.
  9. I got my first DSLR Camera a few years back after playing around with a film camera for the longest time, and recently I've been doing a lot more photoshoots for a company in my local area for special events, I've got a fantastic desktop at home I can edit all my photos on but many times I find myself in a rush trying to get the pictures to my customers within minutes of taking them, which if I had the hardware I could put together fairly quickly, (its not super model type pictures, just family photos people like to send as gifts and most of the proceeds usually go towards charities, but with the way I have to ghetto rig everything together to try and get a good look right off the camera is ridiculous, with absolutely no use of software except cropping pictures to get the sizes they want, in any case, I need a good laptop thats well priced, but can easily run photoshop (or more than likely Gimp) and other programs for on the go photo editing, Ive been doing a bit of research on my own but I was just wondering if there was anything you guys had that you would recommend over anything else and if so why? thanks for all the help in advance. P.S. My camera is a Rebel T3, I know its not the best, but it does the job well with the lenses I have for it, and I do plan on upgrading if business continues to go well. I would really prefer not to spend more than $500 on this, but if it takes a little more for much better performance I can.
