    LAN Party?

Does anyone know where I can find a LAN party in the northeast? I'm in the central PA area and have been looking online but there aren't any good sites that show all the LANs. Thanks.
  3. Thank you for the help.
  4. Useing WD Red and Black versions, I get around 100MB/s when transfering large files such as movies.
  5. That is something like what I had in mind. My only concern is making sure it can handle the 100+Mb/s connection I have.
  6. $400 is out of my price range and I don't need any wireless function, I'm looking for like a low grade business router.
  7. No, My ISP does not provide one.
  8. No, the DNS server on my current router stopped working, so I need a new router.
  9. My current router's Wireless radio and DNS server went to shit so I need a new one. I have a ubiquiti AP (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1EA0CD6551) so Wireless isn't a concern. I just need a good router for gigabit networking, any suggestions?
  10. OP, The page you linked to is to edit your DHCP server on your router which is giving out local addresses. The IP address that twitch sees and is blocking would be like your street address (123 1st Street) This is giving address to each device on your network like the rooms in your house(kitchen, bedroom) so although you could change your local IP, it would have no affect on your "street address".
  11. My favorite part would have to be the 1100 V2 Computer Case. It looks really nice in all black.
  12. If someone with a 2-yr contract goes to verison/att/sprint, and says they are done and are switching carriers, all of these companies are going to charge them some sort of penalty fee for not completing the contract. Why would the customer not ask the companies to uphold their unlimited data?
  13. You can sign into a contract with a phone you already own.
  14. Everyone knows that they don't offer unlimited anymore, but there are still many people (includeing my brother), who are still in an unlimited data contract. If he wanted to leave ATT, they would hold him to the terms of the contract and force a penalty, why should he not hold ATT to the agreed contract of unlimited data?
  15. I know it might not be what you are looking for, but I just use a long ass HDMI cable from my PC to my TV and play the movies through VLC.
