  4. So its been awhile, and with some games coming out that I don't feel like I will have the best performance, I'm gonna upgrade. I'm intending to play: Battlefield Titles Fallout 4 (Please E3 2015) Modded Skyrim/Fallout 3/Fallout New Vegas Open world everything. My Current computer Stats sit at: AMD A8-6600 Corsair CX430 Watt MSI A55M-E35 8GB Kingston Memory DDR3 1600 Hitachi 500gb So my biggest question: What to upgrade? I have 300$ On the mark. Thanks!
  5. What if he got a x4 760k? Would that be better sense it is a dedicated cpu?
  6. I have heard good things about his power supply. Corsair cx430 builder If I recall correctly.
  7. He is currently playing games like team fortress 2, however he is leaning towards battlefield 4, borderlands, rust, elder scrolls online, skyrim, fallout. I would like for him to be able to play them on med to high settings, budget wise I have around 200$ usd. Pcpartpicker says 370 watt total for the current setup: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CT7XYJ
  8. My son purchased a computer a while back with a APU. Although he likes it, he wants a bit more power. I was thinking of getting him a R9-270x to go into his system for some better performance. Here are his specs: Amd A8-6600k 8gb Hyperx memory 430 watt psu Will the gpu be able the crossfire with the intergrated graphics, or will the apu work as a good cpu with the gpu running the games?

I am looking into cards for not much more than 200$ and I think my best option is a 270x. Although I can not figure out what aftermarket card to get, any suggestions? ***Edit: Used for battlefield 4, titan fall, fps. United states dollar being used.
  13. Just finished my 700$ pc for myself, and the wife said she wanted something similar. I would like to stay in the 500 dollar range. I have a keyboard, mouse, monitor, and os. I heard that the r7 260x can do battlefield 4 on high at 1080p at 30 frames so I would like to use that graphics card. Thanks in advance!
  14. Yeah that looks great. Thanks for the help everyone. Ill be posting pics in June
  15. Update: Thanks for all the replies. I do indeed need a copy of windows, preferably 7. I already have a mouse, keyboard, and monitor. I am using United states dollar.
