About PC Case: 1) Should be with the side window cover. 2) Relatively quiet. 3) Provides good airflow. Regarding the Power Supply, I am open to suggestions. Thanks in advance.

My CPU: i5 4690K Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 3 GPU: Sapphire r9 290 Tri-X My questions are: 1) Will 8GB DDR3 be enough? 2) What frequency should I choose? 3) What is the difference between 2x4GB and 1x8GB?
