I fixed the problem by buying the game from the xbox store getting the saves and then refunded. Still kinda troubled by MS attitude. I still think the data should be considered personal data at least from the GDPR point of view so for EU citizens at least should be a way to access them. Nevertheless I contactd MS chat service (not the xbox as before) and asked them what was their GDPR policy and why I was refused access to my xbox cloud data. The answer was that a request has to be made through a ticket process , which at the end of the conversation was opened. I got the feeling also that they may invistigate why i was not told about this option from the agent of xbox but its a feeling. I had already resolved the issue so at that time I didnt want to invest any more time in asking questions. When I get an answer from the ticket I'll update

So I had valheim (which I liked very much) from gamepass but I didnt want to continue using a subscription service, thus I cancelled it and got Valheim from steam. The problem was that the save files are located in the cloud and I couldnt transfer my character to steam because I couldnt no longer access the xbox version of the game(all of this could have been avoided if I did a local back up through the game .. :/). Nevertheless I contacted microsoft to request access to my files in the cloud but I was rejected... Did a little digging and save files could be argued personal data so from my point of view the access to them should be obvious and easily granted as other companies do. The most ridiculous proposion was made from the agent who told me to resubscribe to the service login to the game and backing them up locally. Like no shit how I didnt think of that.. Idk tell me your opinion if you consider that we shoud have access to our cloud files. Okey so everything started when my gpu decided to kinda die I was gaming one day and the pc crashed and i couldnt get it to post. After troubleshooting i realized that if i removed my gpu (AMD 7870) the post would post normally with my integrated gpu of the cpu (Ii5 4690). After hour of trying things ddu ,resitting, reinstalling windows, i even contacted amd support(which confirmed that the card was dead after the necessary steps), I was sure that my gpu was dead so I did the last thing it popped my head, put it in the oven. I find some guide and it said 175c for 7-8 mins. Certainty of death, small chance of success, what I was waiting for? ! I let it cooled for a while and plug it back to the system. It Worked!!! I dont know why, the solder shouldnt reflow at this low temps. 4-5 months pass and the same happens, no post with gpu. This time I wanted to do every step i did to before i put it the it in the oven like the previous time to see if that did something and not the oven(ddu, win reinstall, bios flash, cleaned the gpu with alcohol, new paste, plugged in and out) but nothing would not post so I put it in the oven. TADA the stupid thing works! So every 4-5 months my gpu is dying and with my cooking skills i bring it back to life. This has reoccurred 4 times and every time it works. Can anyone explain why it works????? IF not I am selling my miracle gpu resurrecter oven for 150.000$

Not 100% but i think it is normal. 1 reason could be during posting the gpu cant monitor temps and its goes in a thermal protective mode, the other reason can think is that some gpus at first the spin the fans from the opposite direction to expel dust from the fins(msi did this first if I remember correctly but maybe others are implementing this feature). Check your gpu manual to be sure

Give a try removing a ram dimm and try to post if its not switch the dimm with the one you pulled out and try different slots also. Low chances, I think, but nothing to lose.

yeah i dont see any point either. could it be a poor solution for antibacterial agent?

power delivery is solid i even checked with a multimeter at least at the connector point I dont know what is happening down the line...

Hi i got an extra 550ti and wanted to start folding with it however it seems that the card is dead Here are the symptoms: gpu fan is always at 100% no display output gpu-z: no msi afterburner option Device manager: Device PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1244&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_A1\4&3f76365&0&0009 requires further installation. My goal for my next build is total silence (some oc will be nice though) and i was looking for a custom water loop to achieve that includes cpu + gpu waterblocks. For my dissapointment it seems that the cost well beyond that i imagined. Fortunately I found some solutions and i would like your opinions on that. yeah i know it cant share the vram... Would be compatibility issues if the cards isnt the same brand and the clock is the same?
