  1. Hi everyone, I built this computer last fall and I have been having an issue that I haven't been able to diagnose until now. Occasionally when I boot, I'll notice the system is unusually sluggish. Things that would normally happen in under a second took a few seconds to complete but once they loaded in they would run kinda sorta ok. It mostly seemed to be happening when loading websites, applications, files, etc. However, a simple reboot and the problem would go away. This problem was happening maybe a few times a month but I'd normally just reboot and everything would be great. Finally today when it did it again, I decided to open hwinfo just to see if I could see the culprit and I found that all cores in CCD0 are clocked at 559mhz. HWinfo64 screenshot Ryzen master screenshot My temps are fine, my BIOS is up to date, and my power plan is the Ryzen performance power plan. I'm only running XMP, no overclocking of any kind. Truth be told, when I originally built this computer I accidentally bent a few of pins when I put the CPU back in the plastic protector it came incorrectly. After spending 30 minutes gingerly bending the pins back into place with a razor blade I was able to slot it in just fine. I have actually recently reseated the CPU and when I looked at it, I wasn't able to tell which pins were ever bent. Any ideas? Appreciate anyone taking their time to read this!
