  1. Hi i am pretty new to this forum and building a pc in general, and would like some advice or tips on a couple of things. first of all i am gonna build a new system very soon, and since i really dont want to go though the hassel of trying to sell all my hardware, and the value of it from my understanding is pretty low, i was thinking i could use some of my old parts to build a small media pc i could hook up to the tv, here is a list of the pc i will be replacing (parts i will be replacing it with if you are curious, or have some advice on alternative parts i could buy) Cabinet: Aerocool XPredator Evil Black Edt ( Lancool 2 mesh) Intel Core i5-6600K (Ryzen 5 5600x) Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo (Noctua NH-D15) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 MSI Z170A GAMING M5 (still dont know what board) G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4-2400 DC Red - 16GB (Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 3200MHz 2x16GB) Corsair CX750, 750W PSU (Corsair RM750 V2 750W) Samsung 850 EVO 250GB 2.5", SSD Seagate Desktop 1TB 3.5" SSHD (m.2 drive) the only thing i will be reusing is the graphics card and hardrives (maybe the psu still not sure) i just wanted to know my soon to be old parts would fit in such a machine with a new case and motherboard, and what case and motherboard you would suggest, and also how difficult you think building such a machine for someone who has never build a pc before. thanks in advance (English is not my first language as you probably can read, so if there is something you couldn't understand let me so and I'll try to elaborate)
