i really do not understand what the program even means when it says that *brain does not compute*

though it says "the higher the number, the lower the graphics quality" so for better graphics lower the number?

i once return to the dungeon of tech heads for help. in the power settings there is something called "power efficiency and it says right under "the higher the number,the lower the graphics quality." i am not entirely sure if it means what i think it means but i'm too stupid to really understand what it means

thanks but i also accidentally somehow removed administrator access to the program.....also may have deleted the program itself in it's own folder...........bluntly.......i fucked up

so i wanted to uninstall epic games launcher but i got errors and got mad and now even as administrator i can't even delete or put the shortcut into the trash can. i need some help with the windows registry so i can force uninstall the program though i am not tech savy at all enough to know how to do this
