Adobe Premiere can’t open and when I reinstall it it said msvcp100.dll or vcruntime140.dll is missing on my Dell Inspiron 3475 and when I download it on my laptop it crashed and cannot boot and I’m required to use it my school Staten Island Technical High School for AV Engineering /video production class . P.S. It’s my birthday today October 25
