Alright just did it. I'm not to sure how this works so hopefully I did this right.

I have a Ryzen 7 3700x MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon Wifi Crucial Ballistix 16gb 3200mhz Insignia 550w I Built it about a month ago and I haven't had any problems with it until now. Also I had updated the Bios to the latest version and I just recently reinstalled dragon center so I believe it is the latest one.

My dragon center hardware monitor keeps saying that my CPU is at 0 C and it keeps slowing down my fans. When I go into Bios my fans seem to be working properly but I really don't know what caused this I've fix it once but it was after clearing cmos but then it just happened again after I shut down my PC and turned it on the next morning. Any details on what it could be is helpful. Thanks
