I just truly don’t understand what the problem can be. I don’t wanna just trash this pc but the 1070 performs so far under what it sold Im tempted to just get a new pc

The highest temps ive seen are like 60C. As far as CPU usage goes while gaming it usually givers around 40-60%.

Absolutely sure, I’ve checked countless times.

So I’ve been trying to play the Cold War Beta, and it’s unplayable. I can barely maintain a solid 30 FPS on lowest settings and 70% render scaling. I’m absolutely done with this PC. I built it myself 4 years ago and it’s always underperformed, but was acceptable. I’m finally done. I need to know what’s Wrong with my pc. my specs: i5-6500 Nvidia Gtx 1070 founders edition 16 Ram windows 10 500 Watt power supply I’ve tried factory restoring my pc, updating drivers, everything imaginable. I truly don’t understand what’s wrong. Pls help.
